Our run in, with the points from the same game earlier in the season: Arbroath H: 3 Morton A: 1 Queen of the South A: 3 Dundee H: 1 Hearts A: 0 Ayr H: 1 That was 9 points from 6 games, better than our average from the 21 games to date. Other than Hearts, they are all games we can win if we maintain our recent level of performance. The next three games may be the key if we are to finish in the top 4. We need to target 9 points, 7 as a minimum. Surprisingly, our home form is second worst in the league, better only than Alloa, with 12 points from 10 games. Away from home we have the third best record with 15 points from 11 games, admittedly helped by the 6 points this week. Arbroath have the second worst away record so hopefully their record doesn’t improve next Saturday.

Look on the bright side. At least we don't have to play Alloa again!

A thoroughly professional and utterly comprehensive win against Italy. With a bit more composure and a slightly more generous slice of luck, we could well have been going into the final match of the tournament vying for the grand slam. A bit of work to do yet but very encouraging signs.

I think the game should go ahead but with a very clear warning from the police that any violations of the Covid regulations will be dealt with seriously with people being fined, arrested or whatever it takes. I don't see why the players should be stopped from playing by the idiot minority or why these idiots should cause the vast majority of law abiding fans should be denied the opportunity of watching the game safely in their own homes. Too often these days, the law abiding majority are made to suffer for the antics of the idiotic or criminal few. That needs to change.

In the interest of balance I read that Celtic players will not be forming the conventional guard of honour to applaud the league winners on to the pitch. Having been critical of the blue side of Glasgow, I think it's only right that I say that that shows the other mob in a very poor light indeed. Utterly devoid of any sort of class.

Alloa still play attractive passing football at times, but Dundee have dispatched them like the bottom of the table part time team that they are. We should look to do the same with Arbroath.

Not watching it but I see Dundee are now 2 up. It is very unlikely Alloa will catch us. I’m more keen to see Arbroath not getting too many points, and we have them up here next weekend. If we can get a result tomorrow, we can be optimistic. Even if we don’t win, with the inconsistency of all the teams, we can still make progress. I’m in the optimistic category!

Should probably get the Alloa and Arbroath players to drop their jobs as well actually.
