  1. You mean he also does someone else's job on the radio?

  2. Given the cup final was less than 2 wks ago and depending on when the club actually submitted offers its perfectly reasonable that some including Billy are on holiday with family etc and will resolve with agent input on return. Be more concerned if we enter July and no news or feedback on players.

  3. What a miserable bunch of fans we have these days I actually think being in the Premier League has turned a lot of our support into spoiled brats. damned if they do, damned if they don’t….

  4. The CEO's statement stated that players who had been offered new contracts had been offered better terms. Billy is 34 now so is coming to the end of his career. His record for us has been great but he has not done as well for other clubs. He's got to balance the pros and cons of grabbing the best offer he can get (even if it means being a bench warmer next season), or being where he will be a key part of the starting 11. I think it would be reasonable for him to take his time and see what other offers might come his way - and meanwhile see if he can squeeze a better offer from us. Personally, I would love it if he was to have another couple of seasons with us.

  5. Brilliant. Hope the others follow suit. IMHO Colts should never have been allowed in anyway.

  6. Is it only me or is anyone slightly worried that Billy McKay hasn't signed a new deal yet . He has to be one of the main priorities regarding getting signed up for next season!!

  8. They are simply fans expressing their views and opinions on the players, management, board-CEO and the ground where they turn up and pay their money to be hopefully entertained. They are entitled to do that irrespective if other fans don’t agree with them. That’s what the forum (I hope), was established for. If you want it to be the mouthpiece for only what the club want you to hear, (Pravda comes to mind) there would, I suggest be half a dozen contributors as the full forum group!

  9. Apparently it's the number of macaroni pies sold in the 4th and 9th home game. If the total is a prime number then he's good to go.

  10. Again, it is your observation based on what you selectively choose to comment on! Nothing wrong with that as it goes. However I return to the Pravda reference in that any criticism of the club is treason and verboten and we should all join up to blindly follow the great leader Mr Gardiner and bow to his every word. Mmmn not sure I want to be that devoted!

  11. Does the job of more than 1 and he’s got a good eye for talent, I would be happy enough for him to stay on.
