  1. That second email that you think is blowing you off is the best response from any councillor I've seen yet. He takes the time to explain why the decision is being reviewed, that the original decision has not been overturned, and the process that will now take place. He also explains the dangers of following the course of action the club has encouraged. Given the fact you state the other response could be prejudicial, do you really want councillors responding in support of the clubs position and being excluded from the vote?
  2. Is an English translation of this available? I’ve lost my Gibberish - English Dictionary.😱
  3. I love Friday night football especially with a win.
  4. The lightlamp's on, but nobody's home!
  5. I wonder how many of the several dozen (or more) drivers who don't park at the stadium to save themselves giving a fiver to the club have been writing to councillors demanding they back a project required to support the club because they're broke?
  6. 1 point
Gardiner no doubt thought that Sevco hordes would snap up the Orange kit to complement their Sevco rags, flutes, etc. Another genius wheeze to add to the list.
  7. This email campaign is a great idea.
  8. TBF we’ve been well warned about not parking on the verge. However, I wish the same attention was paid to parking on double yellow lines on the road at full time as cars park to pick people up. It is a hazard and causes chaos.
  9. Had an email back from one Monsieur David Fraser of the Aird and Loch Ness Ward simply stating "Thank you and I have noted your comments. As it is a live application, I cannot comment further". Can only assume all the councillors of the HC have been handed this cut and paste dialogue to reply with if they decide to
  10. Regardless of anyone's views on the merits and / or location of the Battery Farm, or the series of events that have led to the club being in its current difficult situation, it is clear that the coming weeks and months are going to be amongst the most significant in the club's history. Now more than ever, it is important that the voices of fans are heard and listened to. The Supporters Trust represents the fans of the club, and is a bridge between the club and its supporters. It operates independently of the club, but seeks to ensure that the issues fans have are recognised and addressed by the club. Recent activities include the Fans Meetings, Matchday Survey and the establishment of a group to focus on issues facing disabled fans on matchdays. The greater the membership of the Supporters Trust, the greater the influence it can have on the club. We have welcomed a number of new members in recent weeks, and if you are not already a member, it is easy to join, and only £5 (£1 for under 16s). Just press the "join" button on this link: https://www.ictsupporterstrust.org/join-us There is more detail about the Trust on its website, including details of the current Board members. If you are not already a member, we look forward to welcoming you and hearing your views.
  11. For a guy who doesn't go to games you don't half come out with some absolute *****, but guess it's to be expected.
  12. 😅😅 Hey! glad I've found out my stalker! You must be the guy in the flasher raincoat and false beard in seat O 80 nice to see you go to games albeit in disguise, And this before you go and hang about outside MrChips! To be honest Al, you should pop into the Innes for a beer and chat before a game! You could share a taxi with us! 😉
  13. Looking at the league table: Home: 9th with 12 points out of 42 in 14 games. Only Arbroath below us on goal difference but they’ve played one less home game. 11 goals scored, 4 less than anyone else. Away: 3rd with 19 points out of 42 in 14 games. Only Dundee United and Raith Rovers above us. 21 goals scored. It highlights exactly where our problem lies! Of our 11 home goals, we’ve scored 3 twice, but in our other 12 home league games we’ve scored 1 five times and 0 seven times. We’ve failed to score in half our home games! We’ve only scored in 1 home league match in 2014, drawing a blank four times! We should switch our last four home league games to our opponents grounds!
  14. Usual 3hr drive to game, 90 joylesss minutes of football, fifty quid parking ticket, 3 hr drive home. See y'all same time next week for more of the same dross.
  15. Low bar there. Samuels, Lodivica, sorry to say Pepple too are just miles away even at this level. Can't wait until next week's must win, goaless draw.
  16. Read my whole post: “I can’t see us getting there”. It just shows how tight the league is that, despite how we’ve struggled, 4th to 9th is only a 6 point gap.
  17. A goal every 8 games in the Championship. Just not good enough. Simples.
  18. Not much to get excited about. Missing having either Shaw or longstaff. Kerr was outstanding at winning the ball, often nicking the ball off an opponent who thought he was receiving a comfortable pass. He seems less able to find a telling pass but that may be partly due to a general lack of movement in front of him. Lawal also showed some real talent. He's got quick feet and looked the most creative of the midfielders on show. I suspect Pepple's strength is in the air, but he was being played in with balls that would have been much better suited to the pacier Austin Samuels. The lads need to look to shoot more often but you can't fault the effort. They deserve our support and need the fans to get behind them, especially at home.
  19. You're not alone there. Stealing a wage IMO.
  20. One concern is not just the additional defenders but that they seem to be no help at our set pieces and haven't introduced any additional ariel threat during our limited opportunities in the opposite box. The quality of crossing doesn't help but why are we crowding the goal line rather than having runners into the 6 yard box to attack the ball?
  21. If I was a conspiracy theorist I'd wonder why the Council parking attendants made an appearance yesterday?
  22. 'Promotion play off place' 🤣🤣
  23. If (and it’s a big “if” given our home form) we beat Ayr, and the two leaders win, we will be 6th this time next week. It is hard to believe we are only six points off a promotion play off place. I can’t see us getting there, but the way this season has gone anything could be possible!
  24. The attendance figure given yesterday was 2035!!!!! Ok we have been falsifying the figures now for decades but that has to be the biggest exaggeration yet that’s just embarrassing. Lucky that’s there 1000 there going by that highlights and even that’s being kind. Cue the happy clappers stating that there was constant big queues for pies etc, Season tickets are included if they were there or not patter etc. I very much doubt Mick Dundee(Caley 100) and his entourage going walkabout in the outback made that much a difference somehow. Why can’t the club be honest with the fans even with something so simple in its nature. I know lots of clubs not just ICT do this but what is the point? Baffled. Dougal
  25. They appeared also to be aware that there were potentially rich pickings from a large crowd at the Half Marathon and were booking people there - including, apparently, in the Archive Centre car park.
