We are very good passing the ball sideways and backwards, why oh why couldnt we be cute and do this with 2 mins to go. I saw the ref look at his watch and thought what an ideal time about to fart about. The rest is history.

I dont think it is jitters tbh. Everytime we get the chance to pull away it doesnt happen. I agree Stennie just not giving up. Yesterday it was just all too narrow and pedestrian at times. Do we suffer from trying to keep too many players happy? Especially in midfield? What on earth has happened to Zimbas confidence? I love Billy to bits but is Bavidge not a faster more effective centre forward these days? As for Cove offered very little but it all became a bit uncomfy at the end and I dont think anyone was surprised when they scored from the corner. Why can we not close down play at this period of the game though. We need to be more streetwise. Im pretty sure Ive not seen a keeper score in open play before. We seem to be stuttering a bit at times. Kelty being another example. Big week coming up! One final thing...I get the frustrations but some of our support need to be less entitled. I fail to see how booing most of 2nd half when we were winning helps the cause? Maybe just me....

Bad enough for us to lose that late goal, but it could have been worse...😂 FULL-TIME Dundee 2-2 Dundee UnitedTwo stoppage-time goals and Dundee salvage a derby point! (90+4 & 90+6,og) Wow! The miracle has happened. Ross Graham has just been booked for an awful tackle and, from the free-kick, the United centre-half casually nods the ball into his own net. What a finish.

I'm all for Longstaff getting a start. The problem I see is ,he is either low in confidence or is being told not to take on defenders. He seldom heads for the byline. Perhaps a place in the starting line up would increase his confidence if that is the problem 🤔

Very disappointing. What a difference 5 minutes make! A minute before normal full time it was looking like we would open up a further 2 point gap over Stenny, and 5 mis later they have reduced the gap by 2. Once again all the match stats are well in our favour, bur scoring is still a problem. Some tough games ahead. Stenny away in April will be massive, but we need to win a few even before then, starting Tues night. Onwards and upwards

Just watched the highlights, and puzzled how we didn’t have the game sewn up. Looked a dodgy offside call, and some finishing that was not clinical.

This is almost the reverse of last week, and with our matches with Cove having been very tight affairs, maybe it shouldn't be a surprise, although it is starting to settle down into a two horse race at the moment. I wonder if Stenny's side tends to pick itself, whilst we have more options to tinker with, which can cause confusion. But at some stage Stenny may run out of puff, probably just needs one or two games to go awry for them, in fact they are hardly blowing teams away (except for one result against East Fife). What we mustn't do is set ourselves up to think that getting 3points against Stenny decides our season, nor panic if they edge ahead in the table. I agree with someone's comment about Longstaff, he should be starting more often

We've got the title jitters. Very worrying indeed. Every game is a cup final now. I thought Stenny would eventually fade but they keep getting results. Our away encounter with them will be massive and a possible title decider. Three points on Tue night is a must.

The only very slight consolation from today is that Alloa were 2-0 up and looked like making it a 3 horse race, but ended up losing.

League table and even after today we are top on recent form but need to win on Tuesday night.

That was very disappointing. We started fast and positively but didn’t manage to maintain the momentum. Two goals disallowed (both rightly I think) for offside in the first seven minutes must be a record! Stewart took his goal well and we should have had the game won by half time against a very poor Cove team. The second half was very poor by both teams and the longer it stayed 1-0 the more encouraged Cove seemed. Despite not really looking like getting a second (our best chance was when Alonge was wrongly ruled offside with the goal beckoning: he was onside, Mckay had been offside but was not interfering with play) we should still have seen the game out but gave up possession cheaply too often, and then got the sucker punch of their goalie scoring a header from a corner. Disappointing and the boos were unjustified but we now need to make sure we win on Tuesday and establish a little daylight at the top. I think it’s time to start Longstaff as our deliveries into the box today were poor, too often hitting the first defender or going straight out.

What a way to mark the 100th goal of our season. Some strike from the wee man. Wooooooshhhhhhhh!!! 25 yards, top corner, belter, top banana

Was that the first time a keeper has scored in an ICT game? Can’t recall any in open play at least, but perhaps it has happened in a shoot-out.

Once again struggled to make our authority count, really poor second half where our players looked lethargic as if they thought the game was won at 1 0! Fact that no player was MOM tells a story, no players or manager made Bar94 after the game tells a story. Boos at FT were all over, not regards result but more with performance! Is kell theMan for the job?

Obvious today we are a third trier team, finances dictate the quality and we have very little.

And so he should look very unhappy, after another desperately poor performance against a team near the bottom of the table. Strongest squad in the league, full time players, we should be over the hill and out of sight by now, instead no consistency of selection and frankly baffling substitutions have us stumbling towards the finish line.
