  3. There will not be the same Christmas Cheer going about this year with all the restrictions. I am safe and well for the time being, got plenty food and hope to see next Christmas being much better for everyone. Merry Christmas to you all and stay safe whatever you are doing

  4. It's a great appointment for them, and for him too. He did great for ICT, will always be a legend, the guy who took us to our highest league position, who masterminded our first Scottish Cup win, who got us into Europe, and who spoke his mind ... I think he just might keep County up. At ICT, the simple fact is that financially we were not on the same page and drifted apart. What we could afford (and had agreed) for team budgets, and what he wanted were miles apart and that more than anything led to the breakdown at the TCS I believe. Kenny Cameron got a lot of flak for some of the contr

  5. I tend to share your views on Yogi. His success here was based on the squad he inherited at a time when a number of the bigger clubs were struggling from having hit the self destruct button. When it came to replacing players that had been part of the success, he was found wanting despite having a bigger budget at his disposal. Having said that, I think the situation at County may well play to Yogi's strengths. Whatever his faults may be, he is a very good coach. He brought a technical discipline into our defence and the team kept shape well under him. At times it was excruciatingly

  6. Slating a manager who has his name in history for bringing the highest level trophy that ICT has ever won and then mocking him for joining a club in a division higher than your own (and probably has more chance of still being there next year than your own) epitomises seething!!!

  7. Yip. Looks like I got it wrong yet again.😁 Regular listeners will not be surprised to learn that I think that I believe that County have made a mistake in appointing Yogi. He has a decent record after inheriting decent teams but is not the man to arrest a decline as ourselves, Harltlepool, Hibs and Raith can all bear witness too. Look forward to a very divided dressing room in Dingwall within weeks.

  8. Disappointed that they’ve now got such a good manager. Kettlewell should have been given more time!

  11. I don't object to the latest restrictions if it will help to protect Scotland from the new strain of this virus and a longer lockdown again after new year.

    • Dundee 2-1 Inverness CT - Report
Dundee manager Jake McPake looked to have tightened his shoogly peg as first half goals from Max Anderson and Jason Cummings put Dundee in at the break two up. Nikolay Todorov pulled a goal back with fifteen minutes left. Inverness mounted a mini-comeback but fell just short as Dundee held on for all three points.

At the Crossroads: With our season gradually disintegrating, we head to Recreation Park Alloa to face The Wasps @ the Indodrill Stadium. It's a 3:00pm kick-off on Saturday with both sides lingering at the wrong end of the table, games in hand or not.  Our games in hand are dwindling away and there's little improvement in our league position. Four wins from sixteen games is not the form of a team challenging for a play-off slot to the premiership. This is now a crucial game in our season which is at the crossroads. Which way do we turn?

The Scotty Gardiner grudge game: Some Dundee fans are still seething after some twisted information on Dundee's last visit when their chairman was left hanging by a thread according to some bitter Dee's. Good enough given the way their own club has handled some of the recent votes regarding possible league reconstruction. Short memories. Anyway, they have never really forgiven us for overturning a 15 point deficit to win the Championship by 12 points in 2010. Happy Days!
