  1. ive read it in the press but cant find any direct quotes but i'm pretty sure Deuchar has signed for St Johnstone
  2. whats that got to do with ICT? absolutely nowt! TB is our manager so whats the point in speculating
  3. todays courier has an article saying that two midfielders are mulling over contract offers from ICT, both players are from england-shire, one would be a free transfer and the other a loan signing, Grassa hopes to have heard by the end of the week regarding deals. Also the article states that he hopes to have had some indication by the end of this week on whether the players offered deals at the end of the season are going to stay; foran, kerr, proctor etc..... not much but better than nothing

hes signed for a second division team in france, Clermont IIRC
  5. stats are completely out of the window for this game. if i were to assess our chances though, having witnessed the away falkirk game in person we need to buck up our ideas a lot. we really need to get behind the team and give them all our support, not sit back and think its gonna be easy, thats when we'll inevitably get bitten on the backside!
  6. I'm all for playing three forwards but the only thing with that line-up is that there's no striker there who's a big guy. Personally if I was to go with three up front it'd be something like - Imrie - Barrowman - Foran There's no way anyone can justify going with one up front at this point. ICT have to play attacking football with a fairly attacking formation. Let's get this sown up tomorrow, cause I can see Falkirk beating ICT. Foran is taller than Barrowman and as he showed last week is capable of winning a lot of high balls against big defenders so i'd have no hesitation of playing Foran spearheading a front 3 with Imrie and Morais
  7. i really hope we can do it this saturday, or other teams can help us, a final day decider would be too much of a nerve jangler, even more so than the last few games!
  8. is that a mathematical certainty is results go that way? havent worked out the permutations.....
  9. Get in!! Ya dancer!!
  10. Terry eagerly awaited the lads back for a half time slaughtering........ (PS pun intended)
  11. would his probable high wage be justified given his injury history? i dont think it would personally, would be too big a risk
  12. Esson Tokely Mihadjuks Duff Djebi-Zadi Morais Black Kerr Imrie Rooney Foran
  13. totally agree, yeah i hope his experience this year will have aided him and a full pre-season with the team will help him realise his potential
  14. Andy Barrowman Kilmarnock From: 26-07-2006 To: 01-08-2007 Fee:Free Apps: 0 (3) wow, 3 subs appearances for Killie, hardly classed as a chance with killie! i think its grossly unfair to write a player off after a mere 13 league starts for our club!!
  15. completely agree, a lot of the time Barrowman is being asked to receive long high balls with his back to goal and that doesnt suit him. Barrowman is most effective in the box as a poacher and can hit the target when the ball is played in quickly behind the defence as he showed in the first game against Aberdeen. As has been mentioned before it takes players time to settle in to the SPL and i think we need to give hime to to adjust. I have faith he will come good in the end. the criticism he has been getting is unfair given the amount of time he has been given in the team and as long as he is an ICT player we should support him rather that berate him.
  16. You would think with they way things are this would make him better? Or is it because now everyone seems to be pulling their weight and working as a team he doesn't look as good? Maybe Terry & MM like there strikers to play a bit different and Imrie is not use to it. I think brewster would have done better with Imrie than what Terry and MM can do with him but then again there both defenders so they can tell the strikers about the defenders and what things to look out for you mean like Brew did with Barrowman, McCallister and our other strikers? Brew could play but i didnt really see any evidence that he could coach strikers to emulate him! i believe TB and MM will know how to get the best out of all our players, or at least hope so!
  17. a very insightful reply, raises a few points i hadnt thought about, in particular how season ticket holders may feel devalued. tricky situation to deal with
  18. I notice that Motherwell have once again offered a reduced ticket price for this weekends game against St Midden, looks like ?5 for everyone. What do you think the chances are of us offering such an incentive to boost crowds? I havent heard how the 4 game season ticket scheme went, did this work or should the club be doing more and implementing schemes like this?
  19. Libero replied to a post in a topic in Caley Thistle
it is, here got beat 1-0, by falkirk, missed quite a few chances, byrne injured
  20. Killie ICT Accies Falkirk Midden
  21. 11th it is, St Mirren have a better goal difference than us
  22. thats what i thought, hope it works
  23. Butcher on Calderwood are we seeing an Alex Ferguson-esque mind game ploy here or is it merely a case of giving support for a fellow manager?
