  1. He's arguably looked like our sharpest player by far in the past few games, so don't quite know what you're getting at here Latviaboy.
  2. Where oh where do I find a smillie with a fishing rod?? B)
  3. Clacher whatever you have, it is contagious! Here's another one with your problem! Are you both suggesting we have never lost a goal before so we don't know, as a mature team, how to react when we do? It certainly seemed that way on Sunday. The team didn't know how to react, and has been pointed out in another thread, we seem to be conceding a lot of quickfire goals recently. This would perhaps suggest the team aren't quite sure how to react when conceding rather than hit the Panic button and stop playing football. Something that definitely needs to be worked on methinks.
  4. This is the type of statement that really riles me!!! A team of professional footballers and somewhere on this thread it is stated that they were the more 'mature' team and guess what? The manager did not prepare them for the opposition scoring a goal. How sad that the poor wee diddims were not prepared for that! Imagine Butcher's team talk ''Now children (that is aimed at the defence) should any of those bad, bad , Dundee players score a goal, don't look surprised, don't cry, I am not allowed on to give you cuddles, just don't be too hurt. And as for you( the forwards) don't dare came back and give them too much sympathy - they are big boys now and will just have to get over it themselves. This does not mean they don't feel your support from afar. Now I have prepared you for a goal being scored against you, go back out onto that wet park and Rossco...you are not allowed that umbrella!!" . B) Think AF's lost the plot completely.. Agree with Clacher that we should have had a game plan, or at least the slightest clue what to do, if and when Scumdee got a goal back.

  8. Fair play to those that do give blood. One day I hope to pluck up the courage and do it but at the moment there's too much blood in my alcohol stream.
  9. B)
  10. Hope he joins the Huns soon, then Hibs or United will definitely be sitting pretty in 3rd B) Mowbray and Butcher both making a brilliant balls-up of the Old Filth.
  11. Possibly the worst footballing game I've ever played.

  14. 101-2.. :P
  15. Maurice?
  16. at RiG's siggy.
  17. The thing is, there's absolutely no reasoning with Tayside Police either. Try arguing your case or explaining something, and said 'Hi-Viz, Authority driven tube' tells you to shut up or you'll be put in the cells til Monday morning. Was an utter joke. Never knew it was an offence to enter a football ground having consumed even a drop of alcohol beforehand either.
  18. Yeah gotta be said, twas a cracking game of football. Just gutted we threw away a 2 goal lead when the Cup was ours for the taking. Best ICT game I've seen for footballing reasons would be the 3-2 one v Celtic a couple of years back. To be 2-0 down to the then Champions and comeback to 3-2, then hold out with 10 men, was phenomenal.
  19. Does Liam Polworth get a game at this level? Yep, he's usually on the bench though, however does quite often get taken on and given a decent run out.
  20. Missed the Imrie tackle as was having a nice wee chat with Tayside's Finest outside the ground, so will be interesting to see the replays. From what I heard it was just a daft, needless lunge though.
  21. Diarrhoea
  22. Yeah think that should defo be our Starting XI from now on, Imrie's antics impressed noone and will not have done him any favours in getting back in the team IMO. Which is a shame, because we have been playing better of late since he returned to the squad. Odhiambo should definitely be getting introduced at some point, a bit earlier that the 89th minute aswell please Mr Terry.
  23. The players were awesome in the first half and obviously had a game plan set out and stuck to it. However at half time Butcher should of known what to expect from Scumdee, especially when 2,500 ICT fans knew what was coming, and should have lined the team up to deal with this. Did he do that? No. Instead Sanchez is taking off even though he was arguably the best player on the park, and we sit back and allow them to keep coming at us, inevitably conceding 3 goals. Then Imrie and Odhiambo are left on the bench far too long for them to have any impact on the game, and the cup which was ours for the taking is snatched from our grasp. Okay it's harsh just to blame Butcher, as the players needed to get the finger out after the interval, and if not then, then definitely after the equaliser, and they never did. But some of the reasoning as to why we lost from such a strong position has to be ointed at his tactics from 45 minutes onwards.
  24. Cant vote but my points would go to: Hayes Sanchez Proctor
  25. Ach it'll be b*ll*cks now the twins are gone, annoying as they were. Joe's got it all wrapped up methinks.
