  1. And just for info for the conspiracy theorists apparently he owns the bus firm that St Mirren use!
  2. Apologies if you thought I was having a go, for the record I wasnt. Of course you are entitled to an opinion it's a forum for that after all. I , my opinion, do think you see the game differently on tv. You get the benefit of close ups, replays ect. Stuck in a corner at Parkhead you don't get that view. I don't like getting beaten by Celtic either but let's face it with their resources it's bound to happen most of the time. Our guys are honest pros and we dont exactly have a lot of reinforcements waiting in the wings to freshen things up. Again a personal opinion, but I for one want us all to get behind the guys in our final 4 matches and hopefully history will be made.
  3. Funny how you see the game differently if you go to the game in person. I'm assuming you didn't? We all thought OTJ was one of our best today along with Josh! When Celtic scored their first you just knew it was game over. Was always going to be a near impossible task tbh. The guys did their best as far as I could see but it wasn't enough and to be honest Celtic were better than us in the second half. Not too despondent as we are still 3rd. Other results went ok for us this weekend and its up to our guys at St J next week. We are having a red and blue away day so hope as many folk can travel as able.
  4. Good news and very well deserved!
  5. Ireland would be perfect if we are lucky enough to qualify. Easy transport and not too expensive would make it an attractive prospect for a lot of us who would like to travel to the away leg,
  6. They voted to change the voting structure today as well. Two Chairmen voted No. Gilmour and MacGregor. The 11-1 voting structure stays. [/quote The proposal to change the voting structure was for very limited purposes to do with further league reconstruction. It was offered at the last minute as a sop to the two dissenting chairmen who, thankfully, didn't fall for it. Source? I think this is incorrect.
  7. The United game was weird! No one doubted we were going to pull it back! If it hadn't been for the dodgy United pen at the end we would have won too!
  8. To be fair David Milliband has a point due to his family history. Both his parents came to this country as Jewish refugees and he lost family in the holocaust. So I can see where he is coming from.
  9. Went a wee alternative away day to Elgin. Visited the social club for the first time in 20 plus years. Then watched an enjoyable 3-2 win for Elgin plenty of ex ICT players on show too! A bonus was the great cup of coffee and sausage roll sold at a reasonable price which was much better than anything the SPL has to offer.
  10. A rough guess but probably between 4 and 4.30?
  11. Meeting L_G later. Will ask. Have also tweeted Celtic ticket office.
  12. Would hope it's proper view. Tickets will need to be bought in advance.
  13. Good question!
  14. Will go on bus! Potential to spoil the party?
  15. Conor Peppers last second equaliser at tynecastle.
  16. Partick will be the better day out as Morton will be playing at St Mirren if they go up apparently.
  17. Made my day anyway! The Adams post match interview was the icing on the cake.
  18. Yes of course we can. Thought he was playing really deep last night protecting the two young defenders. He is needed for his leadership alone as when he is missing there is none. Unfair to single him out in my opinion on a night when most if not all of the team performed below par. Just one of those days and we should just move on.
  19. Who was the other guy we signed that didn't stay long? Was he called Andre Martins? Maybe him?
  20. Fraid not this time! He's going unfortunately.
  21. Macmillan and Barrowman confirming on twitter they have been made redundant. Never nice to see folk losing their jobs.
  22. You buy a ticket at the portacabin outside the away end.
  23. It appears so........
