  1. My strangest one would be Witton Albion's ground to play Stockport County. we won 1-0 Shane Sutherland scored the winner. We had great craic with Stockports Welsh goalkeeper.
  2. If I didn't know better I'd say you are on yer Butt in the The Fluke (using the extension in hours) for a few with the standard of pun.

I am sure Mikey's flag doesn't have a label. Only because I remember that as one of my favourite "discussions" with stewards. At perth the steward wanted the flag down because of fire regulations. I only pointed out that my trousers didn't have a fire retardent label and asked if I should take them off. It all went downhill after that!!
  4. Sounds like a decent replacement for Titanium... until some of the players leave of course.
  5. Looks like online sales have stopped. Hope everyone got one that wanted one. https://www.eticketing.co.uk/ictfc/default.aspx
  6. That will be 8-0 in last 80 min of football.
  7. I ordered mine on 28thfeb and it arrived on 4th march. So wouldn't expect any problems.
  8. Good thinking. And to make it easy for the newcomers, change Caledonia to Inverness. It would also prevent the usual "M" word nonsense
  9. And when he has been played out of position, whether right back or midfield, he is usually one of the best players on the field. If he was to be picked for Scotland, Strachan would have a great utility player to cover 2 or 3 positions. Which would be handy to have at least on subs bench. But I don't see it happening until Strachan finds out that a team called Inverness Caledonian Thistle are playing in the top league, are top six, are in 1/4finals of Scottish Cup and in the final of the other major cup competition in the country that he is the manager of.
  10. I assume it will be a dry train? as in no party juice,
  11. I will take the part of Dougal and Dalneighcaley on this thread. I think we should concentrate on making as much noise as possible when the players come out. Singing under 5000 cards will muffle any noise we make. We will be out numbered at least 2-1 and if the Dons fans are doing a card display, It could be our chance to make ourselves heard above them. I think you should save yer money, spend it in the club shop and get everyone SINGING the same song when teams come out. "Dougal" "DC"
  12. On 18th Sky are showing Bayer Leverkusen v PSG in Champion league. The game will also be up against Man City v Barcelona on ITV. Can't really see Sky paying £80000ish(allegedly) for ICT v Stranraer when up against those games.
  13. Scot Rail have tweeted that they are in discussions with clubs about putting trains on. ScotRail ‏@ScotRail 1h We’re working with Aberdeen + Inverness FCs to put on extra services for fans travelling for League Cup Final. We’ll update asap.
  14. This is from SFA rules; http://www.scottishfa.co.uk/resources/documents/SFAPublications/SFAHandbook/14DiscProced.pdf A player who is sent off for serious foul play or violent conduct is suspended automatically until such time as his club's team(s) has completed a match in a competition for which he would otherwise be eligible for selection Suggests to me Meekings will be banned next week, and ok for final.
  15. Even better, if the game was abandoned after say, 60 min. Hearts have had McDonald sent off for violent conduct and a couple of injuries. But unfortunately the weather doesn't look bad enough for that. Does anyone know an electrician?
  16. The lack of 5.30 as live game on Alba, is because they want to edit a naughty song out of their "as live" broadcast.
  17. http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b03pj1y6/Scottish_Premiership_201314_Aberdeen_v_Inverness_CT/ 10:55pm It was advertised as 5.30 also a few days ago. But hey ho. On demand tomorrow wins it.
  18. WTF BBC ALBA. Whats happened to the fitba??
  19. That was one of the best displays I have seen from an ICT team in years. Brill only had 1 real save to make, and was a blinding save. Defence didn't give Dons a sniff. Midfield, Shinnie ran the show and probably MoM. Rest of midfield got stuck in when required and were quick in supporting Mckay up front and in defending. Mckay probably should have had at least 1 goal, but minor point today. I actually missed the goal as Caley the bloody Staffie walked over the laptop and deleted my stream just before it!!! Only bad point I could comment on was poor corners. Cant wait to watch again at 5.30.
  20. I seen Jamie Duff play for Elgin at Annan a couple of weeks ago and he was MoM by a mile. As for Shane Sutherland, he was... well, he was his usual guff apart from a decent headed goal.
  21. Is there any word on how his injury is doing? 14 weeks seems an awful long time for a chipped tibia. And reading a couple of threads back from Sept/Oct, a few people were saying he was not doing so well in games and calling for him to be dropped. Maybe its the grumpy git in me, but, not a great loss if he goes. And we can use his wage to get some help for Mckay up front.
  22. Game is off . Probably a good thing!
  23. If I remember, was there not a power cut that stuffed up the counting system. A lot to be said for a big abacus
  24. I am sure that Warren will play in this one, if free from injury. Any ban from 6 league game yellows, kicks in 2 weeks after the 6th booking.
