Agreed, its the team first..thats who we all support, the board made the decision which i'm sure will be the right one. As for Warnock, probably too pricey and too much of a loose cannon. Brewster has proved he is NOT a good manager. :018: He had a good squad of players at ICT :021: which pulled him through. His style of football was CRAP! :008: And our fabulous board go and reemploy him - beyond belief!!! :33: Warnock was too knowledgeable for our top men - FULL STOP!

The sad fact of the matter is that Warnock has far too much experience for our people at the top who want to pull all the strings. Please don't be taken in by all this crap of "fans meetings" - that was the usual heap of s..te to make you think they take our opinions into account. Has Sutherland/Tulloch not transferred the holding to some new "Sports Trust" he/they invented some months back. Originally, he agreed to transfer the holding to the ICT Supporters Trust when the 5 year agreement ended but he changed his mind on that one. :023:

Completely agree. There is a reason some players get paid more than others. That's because they are better than you and more valuable. It's the same with every job. Yes but no matter what job you are in your salary is 99.999% confidential!

I agree but I still feel the problem was not the signing of an international player, it was the fact that his remuneration package was leaked to the public and all of a sudden 2+2=5. I don't know how you would feel if someone working with you was earning 2,3 or maybe even 4 times more for doing the same job. That would seriously p.ss me off.

I just can't believe Charlie was anyones puppet nor can I believe that our Romanian striker was his signing. He is far from stupid and I'm sure he could see the problems in the dressing room over money. Nothing personal, but I honestly think this signing could break up our harmonious squad. Good luck Charlie, whatever you decide to do.

We have 10 midfield players at the club, 11 if you include Barry. If CC is keeping so many just to "cover reserve games" he must be the first manager to enjoy such a luxury. Reserve games are for giving young players experience, providing match fitness for those recovering from injury and games for those not getting regular first team matches. I honestly don't think CC would sign "Reserves". Personally I feel he is way overloaded in this area but thankfully, I don't have to make these decisions.

Here we go again. What he earns has absolutely nothing to do with anyone but himself and his employers. :018: If his contract was kept confidential in the first place, it would not be causing any problems in the dressing room.
