  1. Fekin depressing reading about every other spfl teams transfer activity. Time to be toldvexactly how many players we attempted to sign during the window, how many refused our contract terms and how many clubs turned down our offers?
  2. We await the contingency plan with interest Mr Cameron.
  3. I worked there, in Anderson St, as a student during my holidays of 1971-72 when Vince's dad Tommy Robb was in charge and Roy Lobban was his number two. Thery gave me a van or a small truck to go round the Highlands getting new customers. The wages were £10 a week plus 5p per dozen commission. On one occasion Tommy handed me the keys of Vince's Cotrina to go on an errand and it was only when I found myself at the other end of the street that I realised how souped up the thing was! Is Vince Robb still alive Charles?
  4. I agree with you Alex. He will only get better with first team game time so I don't think Yogi has an option but to put him out on loan.
  5. So how old is Shinnie and do we get any compo from the sheep?
  6. Feck all wrong with the old Tech ye Toff! Caleyboy... I am greatly concerned that you should call IHE a toff! Because if so, what does that make the rest of us Kaddie Rats? Generally, Toffs - but there are one or two exceptions CB!

BBC Scotland quoting Yogi as saying the Wigan offer was just too good to refuse!
  8. I hope they have been on the lookout since long before that as it seemed somewhat inevitable a few months ago albeit we expected him to go at the end of the season not now ... The scouts should always be on the lookout for players who can enhance or improve our team .... I expect we will muddle through on Saturday but agree we would ideally need someone in place asap Our chairman is quoted as saying we have contingency plans in place so I would expect a signing in the next couple of days.
  9. I totally agree PerthICT but the annoying thing is that we never seem to be part of the handouts

Opinions, opinions, opinions. All I can say is that I respect the opinion of others but nothing has been said so far to change mine.

Why the very different attitude to Graeme Shinnie who served the club as well and for longer and who is at least staying until the end of the season ? 1: He's isn't moving to one of our rivals. 2: He's showing a bit of ambition and testing himself at a higher level 3: He's helping the cub financially by not signing a PC. Pretty obvious don't you think!
  12. It's the County team bus!
  13. Remember getting showered in the old "West Ward" after footie on the Craig pitch! Some really poor souls in there at that time.
  14. Dunain House wasn't only used for the treatment of those with alcohol problems and the "better class". It was also used for poor souls who were very much working class and suffered from severe depression. They did a very good job too!
  15. Yes those were the days. Hopefully return before I pop my clogs!!

Good luck Billy, you were a treat to watch. I'm looking forward to see who's going to fill your boots!
  17. Maybe Shinnie isn't as good as many think - Stephen Hendrie, Hamilton Accies seems to be going to West Ham on a PC with £1m compo agreed between clubs - WOW!
  18. Cheap on the face of it but I'm sure our negotiators will have built in a sell on clause.
  19. Good to hear we have contingency plans in place.

If Billy goes I wish him well. He has been a very good player for this club and we will make some money on him. Far better way to do business - well done ICT
