  1. I welcome this move and you never know it could just get us going again.
  2. Yet we have beaten ourselves many times this season and the manager remains.
  3. It really hurts to come to this conclusion but I think the Board must be radical and gamble by removing Foran now. It is obvious to one an all that our results are not going to improve under the present set-up and maybe just maybe a change could give the spark to inspire some results to get near 11th place. If they don't gamble now then nothing is going change and we go down without giving any of the teams above a fight.
  4. That's great to hear considering our current plight - well done to everyone who is going.
  5. The time to start the blood-letting and taking stock will be when our fate is decided. We still have it in our own hands to avoid relegation and yes I am only too aware that games are running out but things could change for the better quickly if we could get a early win in the remaining games and lets remember that all the teams next to us will be taking points of each other. Lets use our energy to give the team all the positive backing we can and you never you the team may surprise you.
  6. What seems to be forgotten was King loosing the ball in the first place when he should have done a lot better. It was though a stupid careless challenge by Brad. One positive thing from Saturday was the composed and classy performance from McNaughton, we could do with much more of this for the remaining games.
  7. Think we need to get Derek Adams back to bring some needle to these games. If someone can post the link to his reaction we got the last gasp equaliser in the cup a few years ago that would be great.
  8. This could turn out to be a very important point. We now go into the County match with a much more positive mindset and when we win we will only be a point behind them.
  9. What a massive win that was. After a poor opening 20 mins the team started to gel and cause Rangers problems. Mckay's overhead kick was a superb way to win the match and just gives another example of what he is capable of. If the team can replicate this type of performance against the teams next to us then we will definitely start to move up the table.
  10. The Hamilton game was the most damaging in terms of our league survival prospects and team (and fans) confidence.
  11. As has been said earlier we must score first on Saturday to steady the nerves and get the confidence going. A win against Dundee will stop the rot and set us up for the remaining games. Every player must to take responsibility for defending and fight to get the ball back. How many goals have we lost from set pieces this season - too many. It is in our own hands to get out of the relegation places. This Saturday must be the first step in the battle to go up the table. I will be giving the team and management my full support to turn things around. We have the players that can do the job for us and they must start believing in themselves.
  12. Well it was until Hamilton scored. RF has to change things somehow in the second half, we are playing right into Hamilton's hands.
  13. I hope you don't want the Board to give RF the dreaded vote of confidence because the media will have fun with that. I think a four year contract says it all at the moment. The Board is also being proactive in giving funds for RF to bring in more players.
  14. Here here. Let's remember we are the only team in Scotland to take points off them.
  15. Winning the match today was more important than the performance because we just needed to win a game and then use this morale and confidence boost for next week. We played some good stuff today with Cole being involved in many of the good moves. we had a good turnout from Inverness and I estimate to be well over 1k. So good to be in the next round of the cup and to finally win a match.
  16. Good result for Elgin today and they will be going into our game full of confidence. We will need to be on our guard and hopefully firing on all cylinders after the break. I got my ticket today and looking forward to standing on the terrace close to the action of what could be a cracking Scottish cup tie.
  17. I agree that the midfield has many options but upfront we are way short on quality and regular scoring forwards.
  18. According to Foran at tonight's AGM, we have one fit defender in Tremarco and OFW is a doubt for Saturday. We do not have our troubles to seek that's for sure.
  19. I would not be too unhappy if this comes to pass. At the moment we need a forward more than a midfielder. With a bit of luck Polworth will be back in January and he can fill Tansey's role.
  20. Going back to season 09/10, the challenge cup final against Dundee we were 2-0 up at half time and giving them a real doing. It was the first game that I realised how good Hayes was. I also started to think that we could win the league with this group of players. Unfortunately Dundee won the final 3-2 with Lee Griffiths scoring, I think. Dundee may have won the battle but we won the war at the end of the season.
  21. A shocking lunge by Shinnie which is really unlike him. I had a muppet sitting in front of me who didn't even think the ref should stop the game for Mackay to get treatment.
  22. Most significant win of the season so far and it's great to be back in top six.
  23. Keep it going lads and well done Tremarco - that head bandage is working wonders.
  24. I see Vincent was not playing or on the bench for Dundee last Saturday. Is he injured again or dropped? Also, Williams only made the bench.
  25. Delighted with the hard fought point. Vigurs goal was supeb and it was good to see Doran getting a run out.
