At one point i loved him, and then after a few bad games i hated him. He was so inconsistent and was never going to be a player in the SPL. He may well do alright for you's though.

How many appearances is Granty on just now?

I wouldn't say they had the same quality but they have done excellently well to stay unbeaten. They may well give us a tough game and could win but i think the way they set out their tactics with their heart and determination makes them a hard team to beat. They massively overperformed and this is probably down to being on the big stage for the first time in decades. I doubt they'd stand a chance against the same teams if it was a meaningless friendly.

Been interesting so far. France are 25/1 at the moment to win and are still worth a shot, although they drew 0-0 they have a pretty solid team. I would say they are only lacking upfront with Anelka. Argentina also looked good against Nigeria and if it wasn't for their keeper it could have been 4 or 5. Germany have done the best so far though, and at 14/1 before the match well worth a bet. They have some attack force but we will have to wait and see how they get on against Ghana or Serbia who may be a bit more testing that the Aussies. Looking forward to seeing Italy play tonight, they are 18/1 and with Buffon in goals i still think they'll be there near the end.

Charlie Miller and Robbie Winters in Norway was it? Brann i think. Obviously not successful though...

Why doesn't the club make an open day this summer on the day the new home top is released. A match between ICT and ICT would be a good idea and i think it would pull in more than your usual highland league friendlies. It would give us a chance to look at 22 players from the ICT Squad and along with other "open day" themes would make for a great family day out.

I don't think it really has to be Nessie. A cat would work, as did the Panda at Paisley. What we do need is some consistency though. People need to know who the mascot is and the only way that is going to happen is for it to be at every home match and not just for 1 season. We need the mascot to stick in everyones mind, just like Paisley Panda, The Livi Lion and Broxi the Bear. We need to pick a mascot and STICK with it! This issue comes up every year and it really shouldn't. The sooner we come up with a suitable mascot the better. Then after that there should be no changes.

One night after the cinema me and my mate were standing outside talking about getting a taxi when Tom Parratt and David Proctor overheard us and offered us a lift into town. We kindly accepted and during the journey my mate asked why they were at the cinema, Proctor answered with " There's nothing else to do, ave no got a bird".

I've only ever seen Tuffey twice but in those two games he has been exceptional. I hope the hype over Tuffey is well deserved and if Esson doesn't sign i would gladly have him in as our new number 1. But i'd still prefere to have someone else in as a backup to keep whoever is number 1 on their toes. Esson and Tuffey wouldn't be a bad idea.

Yeah i think we loaned Golly out just before he left us. It wasn't for long though i don't think.

Well yes.... but Djebi-Zadi was an exciting player, who was always likely to deliver something unexpected.... I'm actually glad we had Djebi-Zadi, there was times when i thought he was great and then he'd let you down big time and you never wanted to see him again. He still brings a smile to my face, but probably not for his footballing skills.

But because Kerr he wasn't an established Inverness player i feel the need to have a laugh at him more than the likes of Hart who i enjoyed watching play over the years for us. I wouldn't slag Wyness for leaving for Hearts or St. Mirren but would be able to slag anyone who only put in a maximum of 1 year at ICT. Its all about the football panto.

Good luck County, if they win then well done and if they lose who cares. I'm just really glad its a first division side against an SPL team and no OF either. Hope its a great game for the neutral and there is a few goals. Going to be betting on 1-1 at Full Time. Utd most likely to win it in extra time but if it goes to penalties its anyones game.

I agree its not cover we need but competition. I think Golly needs someone else to come in and challenge for his place to keep him on his toes. Having McBain as the 2nd choice left back isn't good enough i don't think. Always prefered McBain in midfield.

I would take him back, Competition between Golly and Hastings would be good.

I remember Livi's first season in the SPL. They finished 3rd didn't they? They had an excellent season that year so it is possible to over achieve. They even got into europe because of that but winning the league i doubt can ever happen.
