  1. Very happy to see Lennon's nose rubbed further in the dirt, even when it is County doing it. Hope he does get his marching orders and disappears from Scottish football once and for all.
  2. Just watched, on BT sport, David Raven playing for Marine and winning with a late extra time goal to get into the 3rd round of the FA Cup. 8th tier Marine, are I think, the lowest ranked team to get this far. Raven was immense, especially in extra time, with a couple of crucial tackles to thwart Havant. Well done Raven and Marine. Hope they are rewarded with a plum tie in the next round.
  3. Paid x one
  4. Couldn't agree more. To me he is a real enigma. Some brilliance but so often careless with the final touch, or cross. But overall today well above average, as were most of the team. Long may it continue.
  5. One of my favourite Isla malts. I'm no Gaelic speaker, but I think it is easier than it looks, something like, "Boona habin", as if the second "ha" were not there. Enjoy
  6. A good, competent performance. Could easily have scored two or three more. Well done lads.
  7. Wow, another great chance missed
  8. Really sorry to see so many of our fans locked out of the streaming. We've played some good stuff first half. Still need to be more clinical though.
  9. Storey should have done better there. Great chance missed!.
  10. No problem for me either using Chrome. Good try by Storey there.
  11. H/T 1-1 F/T 3-1 ICT Sutherland Raith Duko JOKER
  12. Don't know about any additional footage, but I well remember that free kick. I was in the North stand virtually right behind the goal. From memory it was Fon Williams's first match for us. I did not know then that he was an international keeper, but as such I can't forget how badly he positioned himself for that free kick. He could, and should have done so much better.
  13. A few more today too :- Scott Boden for Chesterfield Jason Oswell for Telford Tobi Sho-Silva for Sutton
  14. Well, that was my first watch of ICT streaming. Not too bad at all. Commentary a bit pedestrian at times, but it must be difficult generating much enthusiasm in a game that really was no more than a friendly.
  15. Well, lucky to get away with that. We do like making it difficult for ourselves.
  16. Shocking miss from Storey.
  17. H/T 2-0 F/T 4-0 ICT Sutherland EF Smith
  18. H/T 1-1 F/T 1-3 ICT Dan MacKay Raith Armstrong
  19. Yes, crazy game. 5 goals in extra time alone. I think there were 20+ minutes of injury time because of a serious injury to Crawley's keeper. I only watched about a quarter of an hour of the injury time, from just after Warren came on, and all of the extra time. Have to say that Torquay threw this game away. Don't think Gary was directly responsible for any of the late Crawley goals, but collectively he must share the blame for not seeing this game out, having been 5-3 ahead after about 7mins of the first period of extra time.
  20. And today, Sun 8 Nov, old favourite Gary Warren should line up with his Torquay team mates as they take on Crawley in the F.A. Cup. Again, live on the BBC website, at 12.45.
  21. David Raven scored one of Marine FC's penalties in a penalty shoot-out, beating division 2 Colchester in today's F.A.Cup tie, after drawing 1-1 after extra time. In Scotland Rory McAllister scored for Cove and Jamie Wilson scored for Dumbarton
  22. Anyone not willing to pay the excessive PPV charges for our game at Hearts today could watch 2 live F.A. games entirely free, on the BBC sports website, featuring 2 of our ex players (if they are selected, of course). At 12 30 Tonbridge Angels, for whom Ben Greenhalgh plays, take on Bradford City, and at 15.00 Marine FC, for whom David Raven plays, are away to Colchester.
