  1. So are you advocating that we dont play the same team on two consecutive nights ? No. I'm saying a mix of the 20 or so players we have will play on both nights.
  2. I wouldn't even attempt to pick a team. Pre-season friendlies are a way of getting some match fitness for the players and at the same time allow the manager to play around with formations. They usually involve mass substitutions and position changes and are seen by managers and players more as training sessions than games.
  3. Megabus dont go into Dunfermline
  4. You can get a Citylink bus leaving Inverness at 08:10 and arriving Dunfermline at 12:04. Leaves Dunfermline at 17:38 and gets back to Inverness at 21:35. Cost for adult ?23.03 Apex ticket or ?32.90 Standard day return. Going into Dunfermline the bus passes the Elizabethan bar and the stadium.
  5. Down to you guys. get the captions coming. The crew begin to populate the newly refurbished HMS Sneck.
  6. Chris de Wong?.............is he the same person as Chris De Wagt?
  7. Around about 1,500 last season. Not nearly enough to sustain full time football. And here was me thinking it was 3 blokes and a dog. Their crowds were never that great, even when they were doing well. There was always something a bit plastic and unreal about the club, it's not suprising they've ended up in this mess. Average attendance so far this season is zero: From BBC
  8. FOR A MORE ACCURATE AND CONCISE REPORT
  9. Do we detect a touch of green monster syndrome here then?
  10. Think you may have counted McGuire in your figures there Tich. Theres 20 just now. Think Butcher would like 22 - 24.
  11. Glennfiddich! Dont believe you......Glenfiddich may induce dreams or nightmares........never hallucinations
  12. Watched it on TV. fraser had a couple of decent saves in second half but otherwise naff all to do. Motherwell were in total control for most of it. And there were about 40 Well fans.
  13. Was it Morrocan or Columbian you were on at the time
  14. Well Charlie Christie, Craig Brewster and Terry Butcher all see leadership qualities in Grant. its what he does off the pitch, on the training ground, and in the dressing room that the rest of us dont see.
  15. I would have been there for the craic but I'm offshore just now. How many bodies are needed to make it a goer.
  16. Contrary to the result of the poll Terry has opted to keep Grant as Captain for this season according to COURIER
  17. Tulloch, the company, are the main shareholders of ICT. Not David Sutherland the person. I like your second paragraph, in that the saving of Clach may just be mutually benificial. It may also be that one party is trying to get control so the board of Clach have asked another party to counter that takeover. As for the land. does it not belong to HRC and is rented out to Clach. So is there any benifits, considering permission is being sought to get rid of the present social club to build there.
  18. Two on the field for the first half
  19. This is supposed to be the rumour section where rumours are aired and discussed. It is not a wishlist section so please refrain from cluttering the section with such as the above.
  20. excuse ma ignorance but owned Clach prior to their sale to either savage or the builder? Charlie Forbes, James Macdonald, Ken Macleod, Calum Grant, Colin Morgan and Alistair and David Dowling are the consortium who saved the club from going to the wall in 1990, David Dowling is still there as Chairman, with Colin Morgan a director of the club. The main sponsor is Tulloch Homes.
  21. What I find so funny in this is that ICT paid half the re-laying costs of the pitch and before the turf had even bedded in thay held a concert on it that raked in a lot of dosh. Now five years later thay want to sue. Will we be entitled to any of it? Dont think so.
  22. Quite a good ploy for Butcher though. He gets to see all three of his keepers in action.
  23. Think they may be trying to organise it for 21st July. Does say on ICT web they are trying to negotiate a game for that night.
  24. The babelfish translation:SC Cambuur say be in conversation but a very large brio. According to director Alex Pama it concerns a player from the Jupiler League. Also the Frieze club will possibly look up must go to a middenvelder. Chris the Wagt lead at present training period at Inverness shot country. Old excelsior player Jeffrey alto lord is on the screen succeed the Wagt.
  25. St Johnston are doing something similar. They are having an open day and charging adults and kids ?10 and ?5 respectively.
