Although during 2018 I didn't bother posting on a daily basis as goals were scored, I did update my  spreadsheets of ex ICT goalscorers every two or three weeks.  I found 74 goalscorers finding the ne

Rory McAllister scores again for Cove as they beat Forfar.

Shaun Rooney scored too, but for Peterhead rather than St Johnstone. He does seem to be struggling to make a positive impression in Perth.

A few more today too :-

Scott Boden for Chesterfield

Jason Oswell for Telford

Tobi Sho-Silva for Sutton

Tobi Sho-Silva and Jonny Hayes have had first half goals for Sutton and Aberdeen today.

Andy MacRae got another for Brora.

Two for Nathan Austin for Kelty today as well, and Danny Williams has scored his first in a very long time for Halifax.

Shaun Rooney scored for St Johnstone in their 1-1 draw with Dunfermline after extra time, with them going through on penalties.

He seems to be a regular starter now but Jamie McCart was unusually only a sub.

Ryan Christie scored the first goal for Celtic today in "last seasons Scottish Cup Final"  AET Celtic 3 Hearts 3.  He had a penalty saved and Celtic won 4-3 on penalties.

Graeme Shinnie has scored from the spot and been involved in another as Derby lead Birmingham 3-0 at half time tonight.

I had intended not to bother keeping my spreadsheets of ex ICT scorers up to date in 2020, but suddenly finding myself at home a lot, looking for things to do, I decided to carry on.

Unsurprisingly, the level of scoring in 2020 was about 60% down on 2019.  Nevertheless, I found 62 players scoring 188 goals amongst them. Once again Nathan Austin came out at the top of the list.

I don't include ICT players out on loan in my lists.  Nor do I include goals scored in penalty shoot-outs.

Andy Shinnie came off the bench and got a late equaliser for Charlton today.

Not sure what happened but Polly seems to have lost the plot and been given a straight red for foul and abusive language in Motherwell’s defeat at Aberdeen.

Josh Meekings only lasted the first half at Wealdstone before being subbed. They conceded three in the first half.

He also got an assist. After a shaky start, he seems to have turned things round there.

It is good to see him doing well and I now hope they win the cup.

And he was Man of the Match.  Well done him.
