I have a client named Harry Dicke. Our young receptionist goes bright red when he comes in and says his name. She will call me and say my client is here. Usually she will announce the client by name.

Whatever happened to this guy?

I knew a friend of a friend who had the unfortunate name of Iona Gunn....

There is someone buried in Tomnahurich Cemetry called Iona Lamb. The grave can be seen from pavement on Glenurquhart Rd not far from the old offices heading toward town.

Also...there was a gal in school with my mates brother called Theresa Greene

Mustn't forget my old friend Shona McKenzie, middle name Claire, who married an Ian Proffit thus becoming :

Shona Claire Proffit...

Once knew a fellow in County Mayo, Ireland ,who declared that a guy named Cunney founded the well known airline  Cunney Lingus.

Apparently the word Cunney meant "fly-by-night". The Board however later hastily decided to change the name  to  Aer Lingus when the alleged number of  participants in the "Mile High Club" apparently rocketed  right from the first take-off .

There is no verification to date  by Bill Clington that Cunney was his pseudonym. :crazy07:

Some of the older crew might remember a guy in Inverness called Davie Dunnett,  went out with a lass called........

Jane Newitt...          Dave Dunnett and Jane Newitt..  :015:

The missus tells me there was a chap who worked in Raigmore called Mr Hugh Janus.

In the first ever league fixture played at the caledonian stadium there was a guy in the albion rovers team called 'Willy Waters'.
