Dang you beat me too it .  :rotflmao:

still not the worst draw we could have had. (straws and optimism firmly clutched)  :014:

edit gutted just seen the dates and im gonna be in italy. :029:

Having just moved to Aberdeen I think this is a fantastic draw for us!!!! Didn't think I would get to see anymore ICT games this year so I am happy.

Honestly, not the worst and not the best but this is quite a strong quarter final line-up for the CIS Cup. Both old firm, hearts, dundee utd and motherwell who knocked out the holders. If we win this tie, it will be the furthest we have ever gone in this competition.

If there is some sort of fan bus going through then I will go as I struggle to get to midweek games and I want to see my team hump the Dons.

If the game was to KO at 19:45 and not go to ET (if they do) there is a train back at 21:55 through the week that you could get to.

So long as you are out the ground quick and into a taxi.

aberdeen away in the cup...........cant see it as an easy game but a win anyway

brewster knows how they go about there game!

Could be the live telly game....only celtic v hearts might be considered

the better game for neutrals......and celtic were shown in the last round.

That won't account for much, last year all of Celtics Scottish cup ties were shown......

I think at this stage as long as you avoid the Old Firm then it is a good draw. Aberdeen are definitely beatable, but then again so are we  :003:

we'll win  :004:

We must be due a win against Aberdeen - 15(?) games against them without. Ironic if we did win, goal scored by Brewster, and they decided to wave goodbye to Tango Man...  ;D

Did I not read somewhere that our home game with Aberdeen will be moved to Sunday as it is being covered live by Satanta ?

That'll be our league game, not the CIS cup game, the draw was only made this afternoon.

BBC Scotland will show Celtic v Hearts on Wednesday

Perfic draw

Livining in Aberdeen, I still make it to every home game, a few away games and all the scottish cup games, but this is the cup I never get to see.

Wonder how many we'll take up there, at my last count, there were about 10 Aberdeen based caley fans.

Now we just need another 1990 more and we'll fill the allocation

Hmmm....

I'll be there, no matter if its on the Tuesday or Wednesday and, as one of my nephews lives in Aberdeen and is an ICT fan (Arsenal fan as well - poor soul), you can count on us two being there.

I'm sure Lady Kath will be having a bus going through as well, for members of the ICT Supporters Club.

Come on ICT - give us a win!

Says on the BBC website now it's on the Tuesday....

Ties at Pittodrie, Tannadice and Fir Park to be played on 30 October. Celtic v Hearts on 31 October

If it does get playe don the Wednesday we should all go to Liquid afterwards.

Ummm why?  :024:

I shall definitely be going  :003:, midweek games are not normally an option for me.
