Seems the Stenny fans were attacked with traffic cones and bottles etc. after the cup tie at the weekend by a mob of Clach fans, I must admit to hearing the sirens but didn't witness any scrapping. Did anyone see anything?

There were a group of about 30 Stenny fans at the game, most of them looked about 15 - but they weren't neds. Their chanting was quite good natured and amusing. I didn't see any cops at the game, just a couple of gormless guys with yellow vests. There weren't any signs of impending trouble at the final whistle. It was so cold that most sensible fans just wanted to get indoors ASAP.

As I was walking into town 4 police cars and a police van went speeding past in the opposite direction, I figured there must have been some aggro at the game. Can't say I'm suprised, just a shame I missed it as it'd probably have been more entertaining than the garbage on the pitch.

PS Stenny's Scott Dalziel looked like a potential SPL quality player. If we're still short of a goalscorer come january he could be worth a look.

Not according to the pie and bovril web site. The young team from the wine shed went round and stood in amongst the away fans for the last 10 mins or so in an attempt to noise them up for a scrap , when this failed they lay in wait for them outside and attacked them as they left.

That's conclusive then, who am I to argue with what's on Pie and Bovril?

Rather similar, it seems to me scurrying home of old to St. Andrew Drive and looking anxiously over my left shoulder up the top bit of Laurel Avenue!

Perhaps you should find out who they are and let them know your views

What good would that do? They'd probably just batter me as they don't sound like a very likeable bunch of characters, going to games looking for fights. Personally I think anyone who goes to the football with ideas of trying to fight the opposition fans is a tool. Clach, Celtic or ICT, whoever it may be. It's pretty pathetic.

Some of the photos on their Bebo sites make interesting viewing. Particularly the one with the (potential) Nazi salute.
