We were absolutely honking in the first half - if we strung more than two passes together even once, then I didn't see it. I lost count of the number of times Foran, Tansey and Proctor gave the ball away cheaply. Their keeper, who could have spent the opening 45 minutes drinking coffee and reading a newspaper, must have got a bit of a shock when we came out second half and created enough chances to win it. Gnakpa's effort off the post was incredibly unlucky; the misses by Tansey, Tade and Ross were just poor. That said, St Mirren had chances too, mostly because of horrendous mistakes from our players. If you'd offered me 4 points from the last 2 games ten days ago then I would have taken it; to be honest, today we were nowhere near the level we were playing at last week and a 0-0 was a fair reflection of both the parity and the quality on show today. Anyone who paid £20+ for a ticket for that must feel like a right prat. At least they got the MOTM right for once - Gillet was easily our best player. Rossco also did well today, I thought. Gnakpa gave us a real lift when he came on; Tade had his poorest match for a long time today and I wonder whether he might be replaced for the Celtic game by his fellow Frenchman.2 points

hello, walsall fan in peace, i was reading ssn transfer centre and you are close to signing Claude Gnakpa. Reading your rumour mill, your manager wants a player who can play in defence midfield and striker, Claude can definitely do all 3, he is preferable on the wing but has played at right back in his career and many walsall fans have wanted him to start upfront, he is good in the air and has pace when he wants to use it. The negative side to him is that he drifts from games and can get very frustrating watching him. But with the right service he can be a quality player http://www1.skysport...-capture-Gnakpa1 point

It may be old news so forgive me if I have missed comment about this, but I am surprised to have seen no mention on this forum about Gregory Tade and Kenny Gillet helping out at Milburn Academy with French lessons. I think this is a brilliant initiative and should help to encourage more youngsters to get involved with club. It is a good example of what being a community club is all about. A big well done to all concerned, but especially to Gregory and Kenny. And now that Claude has signed, they've got a supply teacher as back up.1 point

Personally I'd prefer to see a few more Highlanders in the first team.1 point

Here's an interesting statistic. This appears to be Caley Thistle's first goalless draw at home since 1st February 2009 - Terry Butcher's and Maurice Malpas' debut game at home to Celtic. Yesterday was the management duo's third anniversary in Inverness.1 point

Disappointing. It sounded as if we had enough chances in second half to win comfortably. Still another point clear of the bottom two, and another clean sheet.1 point

If we want top six this is a game we really should be winning. However hopefully another clean sheet and this isn't a bad result.1 point

Only things that have made me look up from the keyboard so far were 1) Brian Irvine almost tripping over himself at the start and saying he was a "Ross, er Inverness fan" ..... 2) Brian Irvine condescendingly saying that Tade's failings were why he was playing at "Caley Thistle level".... perhaps true, but not in the manner you said it, and not really the best place to say it with hundreds of ICT fans listening in ! twat !1 point

Fairly confident of a win today as i always am against St Mirren, however our good run scares me a little, i don't want it to end just yet. Today would be a disaster if we don't keep that run going.1 point

Now that he's playing a holding/defensive midfielder type position, I'm happy to see him signing a new deal.1 point

Now we have the Three Musketeers all we need is D'artagnan, perhaps our newly signed Richie fits the bill ? he sounds foran too ?1 point
