  1. Well done ICT great performance Media, pathetic coverage yet again
  2. note to Mr Bannerman .... to hear any cheer through the radio you would need to be covering the game more than once every 25 minutes or so ! New league, same shitty coverage. and - it would appear - MFR have abandoned coverage too ?

Gutting news, he was ICT through and through and also just a lovely guy. Away days will never be the same without him. I think a minutes silence will be very appropriate for tomorrow, a reward for a man who barely missed a game home or away.

I am guessing the announcer's choice of Rihanna's "diamonds" a little prior to kickoff may not have been coincidental........
  5. same old positivity Same old inability to recognise irony.

  7. just behind Vincent and Draper for me but I agree he was faultless today. This is the Foran that we need to see week in, week out and if he keeps his emotions in check then we'll see the best from him.

Surprised I didn't hear any claps or chants in the 64th minute or even the whole game, it would have been very respectful for a man that truly deserved it.
  9. A great start. Having seen them last week at Charlton, I was confident that if they played like that, they would have no trouble with Midden. I'm beginning to think Terry reads this forum. Several of us on here expressed the view that we were unimpressed with McKay as a penalty taker (despite him scoring a few last season). Lo and behold, first game of the season and we have a new man taking them. So well done Terry for doing something about it. I hope Vincent is the right man for the job. Looking forward to seeing the highlights. Well done again lads, I'm really looking forward to this season.
  10. I would love to know how your 'current location' is pronounced! I'm assuming It's a real place and you weren't simply annoyed at being asked where you currently reside?! Just for you Sneckboy Fukuoka City in Japan Fukuoka is the capital city of Fukuoka Prefecture and is situated on the northern shore of the island of Kyushu in Japan. 12. Can't get open all mics, my vpn is playing up and I popped out of the room for 2 minutes to find we are suddenly 2 up during those 2 minutes. Might as well go downstairs and make my tea should leave time for 30 more goals.

Try www.prediction-game.com. It covers various sports competitions not just football, but there is an SPFL predictor competition and its free to join. A group of us had a mini league in the clydesdale bank one last year and we have set up our own mini league again within this site. Points system is slightly different and you can do cup games as an option. We are sticking to the Classic contest which is just league games Also you can predict ahead for most of the seasons fixtures so saves missing a week if on holiday.
  14. You can see the headlines now 'Tor born to score' or 'Tor hammers County'
  15. A season ticket is an annual pass for club owned sports facilities, gyms, pubs and youth clubs for some around Europe. We wouldn't have to go that far but I couldn't see any downside in putting together a snapfax style book of offers for season ticket holders, would make sense for local traders as well as give an extra incentive to own a ticket and promote partnerships between everyone in the community.

Really sad news. I hope this is marked in some way tomorrow, whether it's a silence or a chant - which I think would be really fitting. I'm sure a few of us in the Caley Club will be raising a glass to him too.
  17. Must have been some helluva sized hole (and fence!) to squeeze through from Broadstone Park! That bit of road's Broadstone Avenue....pedantic? Me?! I'll see your pedantry and raise it. The fence in question was at the bottom of my neighbour's garden. Broadstone Avenue was only half the length of Broadstone Park; after that the back gardens in Broadstone Park ran right up to one side of the ground. My parents' garden actually represented the dead end at the end of Broadstone Avenue, but our garden fence backed onto the stand, so I had to squeeze through my mate's fence two doors up.

Well I doubt they would, it was only 16 hours ago!

I understand the clubs response to the calls for a minutes silence. However feel mikey is one of the rare fans who perhaps can be meritted this honour. Alternatively, us as fans can show our respect to mikey by chanting 'one mikey diamond' (as ive seen suggested elsewhere) as the teams enter the field of play. Perhaps also during or even after the game also. Rest peacefully mikey. You shall be missed

He was such a nice man. Away games won't be the same anymore without Mikey. R.I.P

For once, I agree with Dougal. Come the end of the season I believe that Brora will be there or thereabouts.

Call me old fashioned, but if you have 4 divisions, what's wrong with calling them divisions 1,2,3 and 4?
