  1. I don't see where the problems lie. People are complaining and acting like you'll no longer see the kit stripes or such for sponsors. Last season looked fine to me because the sponsor and back sponser - which, is barely noticeable anyway - were white and didn't clash and were placed accordingly. Korrie, yes is another sponsor but all we're really doing is changing Orion below the neckline. Get a grip.

  2. With a lost dressing room and a personality that clearly showed that he would also throw players under the bus if things did not improve in the short term he was cooked from the start. Empathy and diplomacy seems to have gone under that bus as well as far as his motivational efforts were concerned. It has also occurred to me that the Hibs players sussed him out even before he arrived at Easter Road. They knew the background to his arrival and the way it was , IMHO, engineered well in advance of his departure from ICT. If I am correct, they did not trust him from the start and contempt for the man after he sat in the stand with the Hibs management to watch the last Hibs V ICT game could have made them really cynical about this fella. Especially when he threatened their jobs.... that was probably the final straw for the players and the straw that broke Terry butcher's management back. The Hibs players did seem to work very hard to rescue the season but psychologically it's very probable that their heart was not in it under TB . And that MAY be one of the significant reasons why Leann dumped him before the new season started. As I said before, she is an intuitive person I think and realised that for the Hibees T B was a loser. J Hughes is a straight shooter compared to T Butcher and we are finally lucky that all has been revealed in the comparison between the two Managers.

  3. Michael Fraser has signed a one year deal with Elgin City and our former-U20 Georgian Dachi Khutsishvili (did he ever actually sign?) has left Clach to seek a club down south.

  4. Never mind about what's on the shirts, I like the fact that above the entrance to the players' tunnel is the word "Subway"!

  5. Brilliant result for me, they were 4/1 to win that one.

  6. We could pay for all this by selling advertising space on the playing strips.

  7. Thirded. He never stopped making the runs or looking for the ball, but kept getting played in far too deep. In part, maybe just other teams adapting to us - might have happened under Butcher and Malpas.

  8. Have you noticed the technological improvements brought in for this tournament? Not just the goal line technology and line spray for free kicks, but the ability for teams to now play against other whilst physically located in different stadiums? It sounds incredible, but I keep reading how England will be faced with a dodgy pitch, intense heat and humidity, malaria and thousands of miles travelling to Manaus, whilst Italy apparently don't have any of those issues to contend with.

  9. I'd like to think it's not intentional and just the way the written word is read but this does come across with a tone of sexism in it. LD did her job well at M'well and in the background. Joining Hibs has made her higher profile and she's been asked to do a role with a higher profile as Petrie intends to step back, this just means we are hearing more of and from her - not that she is "starting to believe her own hype". The only person in this sorry tale who believed their own hype were the three stooges who left ICT.

    • Aaron Doran - Club Legend
Shameful: Thanks to Shane Sutherland, the generosity of friends, fans, former colleagues and opponents, Aaron has now had his operation. However it has emerged that he had posted on Instagram regarding his sad dismissal and treatment from the Board of Inverness CT who have treated Aaron in a similar way to which they have been treating the fans. Let's not forget that Aaron was due to have a testimonial for his service to the club.

    • Administration pending unless...
Administration pending, unless... How can we go from SupercaleygoballisticCelticareatrocious in the year 2000, to Scottish Cup Winners in 2015, playing in Europe and just 9 years after lifting the Cup; Administration. Mismanagement and our demise was hastened by the appointment of Scot Gardiner. Ever since then, ludicrous decision making has seen our stock plummet whilst 'shady' dealings were investigated. The failed Concert Company, the Battery Storage, the Statkraft contract have all ended badly leaving the club facing insolvency.

That's another fine mess you've got us into.

      Chairman Ross Morrison resigns

Nothing official from the club as we speak, but the Inverness Courier are running with a story that Ross Morrison has resigned at 18:00 tonight 3rd June.  More to come as this story develops, but most fans are looking for more heads to roll.

Speaking exclusively to The Inverness Courier, Mr Morrison said he is leaving now because of the aftermath of the Fife move. “I believe it [the move to Fife] is the best way forward and I have to stick with my beliefs,” Mr Morrison said. “This is the reason I'm stepping down now.”

Reflecting on his time with the Caley Thistle, Mr Morrison said: “My six-year tenure with the club has had some great and some not so great times but through everything I was immensely proud to be the chairman of the club and clubs I’ve supported for 50 years - I was a Jaggie by the way.

“I would ask the fans to rally round the club at this time and show their support by not only purchasing their season tickets but also getting involved directly with the club to see how they can help.

“Hearing fans saying they would prefer administration to training the first team in Kelty sent a shiver down my spine. Administration is a desperate thing to happen to a club and must, at all cost, not happen to ICTFC.”
