One of the 110 just back. Sat with Wyness101 on the plane to Edinburgh and most of the ICT squad were on it too. Puzzled why we never played our strongest 11 at the start, Doran made such a difference when he came on. A bit desperate when a raw laddie like Christie is our most creative player. A good day out but a poor game and pitying people having to drive up the road. Still trying to get over £2.90 for a meat & potato pie which was about as hot as a nuclear reactor and £4.70 for a pint at Brum airport.....
  2. The 'Tulloch' Caledonian Stadium is hosting a game on Saturday - the Highland Amateur Cup final...billed as the Champions League final for North amateur football! Many, including me, are unable to travel to Birmingham on Saturday for various reasons - but our ground can still provide a football 'fix' that day, for those who are interested in football at this level! Carloway are facing Avoch in a 12.30 kick-off. I've been to two games in this season's competition and will likely head along. There could be a crowd of 500+. Carloway are the reigning Lewis & Harris Amateur League champions and are in the final for the first time. Avoch are consistently successful in this competition - this year they're playing in the Inverness & District Amateur League. An Avoch win would give the 'Inverness League' their first ever winners.

  6. I feel the sympathy.....
  7. I suffered bad luck and 'whingery time' goals. I lost 107 games....the same as Doofers Dad, and he won it! AAAAAhhWWWWWWWW.
  8. One of the main issues I have surrounding Billy Mckay is gaining complacency. If he has a run of bad games and nobody is hot on his tail for his spot in the team then he will know he is in the team regardless. As we seen he went a massive run of games without scoring (only four goals in 2014 of last season, two of them against C*unty) but don't get me wrong I don't think that was due to complacency more to the fact he was burnt out because he's the only option Yogi had available to him. As they say in football competition is healthy and I'm sure Yogi will get a player in, in due course. I hope he goes for a youth player that needs first team experience like he said the other day in the local press.

  10. As long as a player can make, assist and score goals I would be very happy to see him with us regardless of height, weight or anything else.

Calum is different from Agdestein, Evans, Roberts and Allen in that he has more roots in Inverness. He should be seen in the same light as Christie and Polworth able to use this club to reach the first team. If Dundee United can develop talent, then so can we.
