  1. I don't think anybody is getting their knickers in a twist. I was just suggesting it would be disappointing if he chose Dunfermline over an established Premier league club..... if we were after him. Some people feel the need to want to get their knickers in a twist over anyone that doesn't agree with them however.

  2. Rory McAllister scored a penalty tonight (19 Jul) in Peterhead's 2-0 win over Forfar in the BetFred Cup.

  3. If you've taken all that in when running you will have to be careful that you don't run in to the canal.

  5. I know what (and who) you are suggesting, and you may be (partially) right ... although, in the interests of fairness if you make that assumption you should probably also assume that the 'change' was entirely driven by social media presence where #ICTFC is already well established and that it had nothing whatsoever to do with a unilateral change of brand for the club itself. As I said in my own comments, I have absolutely no issue with the social media aspect whatsoever, nor to it appearing on (some) merchandise available to fans ... I just dont want it on our official stuff like letterheads or the strips the players wear during games. If this has been approved for the strips, then it has been approved by the directors not any lone individual as they have to sign off on this. If they have done so, then I believe it is a mistake or misstep that they need to rethink, and if they have not, then we are making mountains out of molehills !

  7. At the end of the day it is the players choice as well - Inverness is not exactly the Riviera - takes a lot to move family (including expense) AND the big thing on a lot of peoples minds would be "Will I be in the starting X1 ?".

  8. Can't wait to hear who these "2 quality signings" are, not even a sniff of rumour anywhere

  9. nahh, SMEE and his family were good. We know each other. Over the years there were some parts of Caley Rd and Laurel Avenue that caused a quickened step but for the most part us Dalneigh boys were civilised

  10. Did you go past it as fast as we went past the top of Laurel Avenue on our way home?

  12. Never said it was. The previous poster said he'd never heard of a club winning a quadruple, I'm saying it has been done....and then they won one more!

  13. Although they probably will win with a big score in the return leg I think the damage is already done in terms of their reputation. Despite the massive resources they have, they have been beaten in 90 mins by a team which has many of the features of a member of rhe Highland League. Best comment I saw on Tuesday night was online pre-match when a Sellick fan declared that he wasn't going to be following the game since it was ridiculous that a club of Celtic's size should have to play at this stage. I also burned the midnight oil wetting myself at the ? Talk Celtic ? forum. On the other hand I was quite surprised at how many of the several of them that tried could spell "embarrassing" correctly!
