  1. I am sure that Tommy, wherever he may be, is looking on with relief and great satisfaction, now in the knowledge that football will continue to be played on (what several of Caley Thistle’s foreign players must have thought was the standard English expression for a playing surface)… “ma f***en pitch”. Tommy absolutely loathed Gardiner and I am told that it had been his fervent desire to live long enough to see Gardiner leave the building. Unfortunately Tommy didn’t quite make that but - again wherever he is - I am sure that he will now be just as fulfilled in seeing that wish also granted…. commendably abruptly by Alan Savage!

  2. Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC are delighted to announce 2025/26 Season Tickets will be available from Monday 9th June 2025 at 10am from the Club Shop and online from eticketing.co.uk/ictfc The club have worked closely with the ICT Supporters Trust with the regards to Season Ticket pricing and are delighted to announce a reduction in price from last season across Adult/Over 65s categories. Also the extension of the 18-20 category from last season to now include 21 year-olds and students with valid ID. The club wanted to reward fans for their loyalty and vital backing during a challenging season last year, and feel the new season ticket prices reflect that. The new club management were keen to consult and work with the Supporters Trust regarding Season Ticket prices and have brought all season tickets under £300, including for those who did not have a season ticket last season and are looking to rejoin us for the new campaign. The club hopes with the outstanding finish to last year from the team, and the positive changes currently ongoing, that supporters will continue to get right behind Scott Kellacher and his players next season. Full Price Tables for 2025/26 Season Tickets can be found below: Andrew Benjamin, ICTFC Commercial Manager, said: “It was a pleasure working with the Supporters Trust from the very start on this season’s ticket pricing and listening to fan feedback. Everyone at the club knows just how important it is to reward the incredible loyalty our fans continue to show. These renewal prices are a reflection of that appreciation. We also want to warmly welcome back anyone who’s been away from the club for a while, there’s never been a better time to return and be part of something special. The fantastic turnout of 2,400 at our final home game last season showed the strength of our community, and together, we’re excited to keep that energy growing into the new season and beyond. George Moodie, ICT Supporters Trust Chairman, said: “The Supporters Trust were delighted to work closely with the club on this year’s season tickets, I would like to thank the club for their efforts & support . We were involved right from the start, where we were able to provide input to the pricing & bandings. It really highlights the positive collaboration between Supporters and the Football Club just now and highlights what can be achieved through strong open communication.” “It was important to the Supporters Trust that all fans who got behind the team last season were rewarded for their loyal support with a discounted renewal for the new season ahead. I hope that everyone can get behind the club and purchase their season tickets early so we can prepare for what will hopefully be an exciting season ahead.” “Whilst renewing your Season Ticket, why not also join the Supporters Trust as well this season for only £5. 3. It was interesting (but not surprising, I suppose) to hear mention of signing HL players. The marquee signings line also caught my attention - it’s about time Ryan came home, before he’s too old to be a first team regular for us.

  4. Great to hear how things have gone with the process and to hear Alan speak about moving the club forward is so different to a year ago. A year ago I refused to buy my season ticket along with many others until a certain person left the club but I am looking forward to renewing this year!

  7. Very good prices. A bit weird having the early bird period up until 17th August since the league season starts on August 2 and the League Cup in July. Edit - can only think/hope it’s a typo and it’s really 17th June.

  10. The past 4 seasons I have been a regular at Dingwall when ict playing away. I know, don’t shoot the messenger. Any time I have seen Logan he was helping out pre match warm up. Half way line catching practice kick outs from gk or in the small nets warming up the strikers. he has been on bench last few games to amissah as laidlaw out injured I think. stats show he has played once for county in a challenge cup game. AS said in his interview yesterday that our team will be made up of players from our academy, highland league, Scottish players and a couple of MARQUEE players. so maybe he ticks all the boxes and we will only need one more marquee player.

  11. Whilst browsing through some of the events since the trauma of relegation, I came across this unfortunate faux pas published by HN Media on 26th July of last year. At the time, I was thoroughly alarmed to see a dire situation made worse by Makwana being mistakenly referred to as “the owner” when it was clear to just about everybody else apart from the Board - doubtless egged on by Makwana’s now “business associate” SG - that KM was a totally delusional chancer. I don’t know how close the club actually came to being taken over by Ketan Makwana, and hence the liquidator, but looking back across the last year or so, this was without doubt Inverness Caledonian Thistle’s darkest hour. The irony of that headline is painful, and on the day the club’s salvation has been confirmed, I just wanted to look back on the absolute low point and give thanks for what has since transpired.

  13. With us coming out of administration and with 100% of shares owned by Alan Savage I can't wait for my opportunity to buy one in the future. It would be the final step to reconnect with the club I almost lost.

  14. Little snippet from today's press conference with Alan Savage talking about coming out of administration ... testimonial to be organised for Aaron against Ross County.

  15. I know the number, it's in the document that was presented to shareholders but not sure if that is confidential until the dust has settled or not so not going to post it just now. Great article in the P&J from Paul Chalk noting that Alan Savage credited Tommy Cumming with part of his inspiration to save the club!!! https://www.pressandjournal.co.uk/fp/sport/football/inverness-caledonian-thistle/6771305/caley-thistle-to-exit-administration/?fbclid=IwY2xjawKum5pleHRuA2FlbQIxMQABHj_dIZoT-d6P6y3Ig5X7mr64Ukiscz4O0N6CA98YUifYdYVIF1mzfnNVZ6SO_aem_zkwAAdABFSQQv4ycZ1NnDA A few key quotes from that article: “It is a big job and a big responsibility and I’m really looking forward to it. To bring the club control, governance, order and to let the playing side of things, under (interim chief executive) Charlie Christie, (former vice chairman) Graeme Bennett and Scott Kellacher succeed – and try to get us into the Championship through next season, using the academy players, local Highland League players, some other Scottish players and maybe a couple of marquee players. “The club will be a football club, no distraction, completely focused.” “I think there was a moment of epiphany when I came in and first got involved with some of the detail of what was going on. I spoke to Dale Stephen, the groundsman, and he remind me that Tommy Cumming, the past groundsman whose ashes are on the pitch, had told Dale that ‘Alan Savage would never let the club go (under)’. That was a big responsibility. Tommy was a great character and it struck me the club means a lot to a lot of people. I felt duty-bound to make sure the club continued. So everyone can thank Tommy Cumming.” “I’m looking forward to running the football club for the benefit of all the people who work here, the players, and the local community and stakeholders.”

  16. Apparently the first meeting was met with 100% agreement as was the second. No surprises there. Press conference later this afternoon which will no doubt put more detail into this, but it is looking like we will be free of all restrictions placed on us and free to operate as a normal business immediately. Crucially that means the club can sign players and look to build the squad ahead of the 2025/26 season. BDO looking to get everything wrapped up in the next 28 days or so.

  17. Going by the document dated 19th May, circulated to (ex-)shareholders, and to be approved today, RM does indeed lay claim to £0.00 in relation to both the floating charge and the 'pledge over shares held by borrower'. Thats a pretty hefty concession and while he has been vilified over the last year, I stick by my original opinion which is that he was a supporter first and chairman second. He was one of few who had money, and is guilty of putting his trust, and extreme loyalty in, someone who was unable to deliver on the promises made rather than anything else. He definitely deserves criticism for that, but it also cost him £1.65m Lots of stuff in the document, much of it positive, and much of it also showing how much Alan Savage has done (and ploughed into the club) since October. It also shows how apart from Ross Morrison, other directors have also written off debts and loans that in the end totalled somewhere in the region of £3.5m. These write-offs allow a higher proposed dividend for unsecured creditors which is better than they perhaps anticipated. Not going to post the full document given that various meetings take place today, and the press conference takes place later this afternoon. All-in-all, from a personal point of view, I thank Ross for what he did and what he has done in relation to the loans and really thank Alan Savage for what he has done until now and appears to be willing to do for the foreseeable. It is clear from the document that without AS and his money since October (and RM not insisting on payments) this is a liquidation event not administration. Just re-read the document and the timeline for today is clearer. 11:30 AM - Creditors Meeting 2:00 PM - Shareholders / Members meeting 3:30 PM - Press conference has been brought forward 1 hour from 4:30 PM/. edited to add: got my link to join the 2pm meeting so will report back afterwards
