  1. Whats more disappointing is this is hardly a surprise. It goes way beyond everything else. Bottom line is despite how far we have come as a club we are still dealt a massive lack of respect. Doncaster is too much of a penny warden to care about anything else other than financial gain. It really makes my blood boil when we see what we get from such inept people who are in power. As GJ says they really are ruining the game. Would rather play at Wembley at this rate.

Another foolish comment from a silly boy on twitter.
  8. Cant we all just get along?
  9. When Nick scored the reaction was like nothing Ive ever witnessed, complete bedlam, it was beautiful.

Both red cards were disgusting and were typical of an overall shocking performance from an official who lacked any real authority on the game and was quite blatantly in favour of Hearts - not that it mattered...we only needed 9!
  11. Still trying to climb back down from the clouds. Such a spirited, legendary and inspirational performance from everyone of those boys out there. Rasper from Tansey and then after disaster struck we just kept plugging away. When Meekings got sent off (disgusting decision) I really thought that was it but as my Mother always says when its your day, its your day and when Nicky boy bundled in that equalizer I raced around the away end like a maddy, balling my eyes out like a wee bairn but I didnt care. The dream was all but snatched away and suddenly it became possible again. Extra time lasted an eternity but after Brill made that save at the start of it we held firm, kept the 4-3-1 formation firm (as ridiculous as it sounds) and in some respects were unlucky not to snatch the win. The penalties were well dispatched by all, Shinnie was unlucky with McDonald saving his well. Deano made 2 fantastic stops, in particular from Hammill wihich was a satisfying moment for all of us as we tolerated his taunts and time wasting throughout the game...turd! When Draper calmly tucked his away everyone just went mental, such a buzz and one I will never forget. Was a great experience being able to share it with friends and family alike was something special. Everyone of those boys that played out that half hour are legends and Yogi can happily brag being the first manager to guide an ICT team to a major final. Roll on 16th March!
  12. http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/en/marley-watkins/profil/spieler_91315.html Cheers Sneckboy. Genuinely wasnt sure about that one. Glad he is tied down to a longer deal.
  13. Just buzzed to get back and see us make another go of it, no doubt the likes of Doran, Foran, Draper and the rest of the lads who played in the previous semi final will be keen to bury Hearts and put the heartbreak of last season behind them. I'm buzzin for it!
  14. Thats a great signing for Dunfermline.
  15. Magennis would have been a realistic signing in terms of the type of striker we require and availability - so from that point of view yes, it was a real suggestion.
  16. Roughi has it one. Magennis would have been ideal. Even on loan.
  17. if Killie get Eremenko back to his best he will be an asset to them.
  18. Foran will be the next manager of the club, regardless of the circumstances. Of that I have little doubt.
  19. The eagle has landed...in the banned section. Time to draw a line under this thread.
  20. On the back of the game against Aberdeen it was a pathetic display. We could have been there all night and not managed a goal. As Renegade said Killie barely had to play well to win, we were just much much worse. We played the ball well enough in midfield at times but we struggled to get past their defence, both out wide and through the middle. Maybe it was the semi final on the minds or maybe they just werent up for it, either way it was submissive. Polworth should have been hooked at half time, his distribution was abysmal at times and it was spotted early enough and its what led to the 2nd goal and with game changers like Tansey, Vincent and Draper at our disposal at least 2 of the 3 could have been used...granted Meekings injury did not help. I feel sorry for Billy, again he was forced to feed off punts and was getting forced out wide to receive the ball too much leaving no one in the box. Doran and Williams got on the ball enough in the 2nd half but you could probably count on one hand the number of times they got past their man. I really do hope we pick up and learn our lessons from today. Next week is the biggest game of the season and after the heartbreak of last season it dosent bear thinking going out again. Rant over because aside from that I had a brilliant day. Atmosphere was excellent and pretty hilarious at times, as well as getting a pint with a few Killie fans in the Sports bar, the first time Ive ever got any banter from away support on my travels. Toughen up lads and try to remember you still have plenty to play for this season...Roll on Easter Road (and the 7am start )

  22. Does anyone have a source to back Watkins being tied dow beyond this season? I get a feeling he is only contracted to summer 2014...my bad if hes got a longer deal.
  23. Man lives on a different planet...cant stand him.
  24. AJS replied to caleydawson's topic in Caley Thistle
I would love him to stay but with Tansey, Foran and hopefully soon Draper all tied for next season It wouldnt be a dire situation...but I would still be disappointed to lose him.
