Judgement Day?
I sure hope the players don't see it as a big game because we have flopped in almost every big game this season. In my opinion, winning tomorrow is not a must but as Manny says not losing is alot more important.

Michael Owen
He must be starting to consider his future now surely.

SPL ponders expansion plans ....
Would love to see a 16 league team, would seriously freshen things up and would simply make things a bit more intresting but i just don't see anything like this materialising. Reason being that people who are in charge of making it happen lack the ambition to do so.

Stay or go?
Out of all those out of contract i'd like us to keep Hayes, Foran, Esson, Tokely, Proctor, Sanchez, Cox and mayb'e Odhiambo. Would love to try and keep Bulvitis as well. Would use Allison, Ross, Shinnie, Morrison and Sutherland as cover. With Munro, Duncan and Rooney already here that gives us a squad of 17 players to work from, it involves younger players and also frees up space to bring in some new players as well. I would be happy for us to only make 3, at a push 4 signings, so long as this squad stays as intact as possible.

Butcher and Malpas
Phase one complete. Now we got to get the squad sorted out on new deals as well. Well done to the board for getting it sorted, nice to see the them finally taking some initiative.

Butcher - Stay or Go.
If Butcher stays then it will provide the appropriate catalyst to get the better players of this team to stay, thus restoring some stability to the club. His dealings overall in the transfer market have been good and hopefully a season in the 1st Division will have made him spot one or two gems at the lesser clubs. 3rd point is that our form has been overall fairly top notch. Saturday was a blip but we have seen so many games like that where we come away with nothing. Its a regardless of where we finish for me.

Player Of The Year Poll
Bulvitis gets 5, he was best player imo. Foran gets 3 for working his socks off for the full 90. Munro gets the solitary for his piece of trickery at the end

Sanchez
His touch, vision and his passing are excellent...but his decision making is absolutely woeful, which also makes his finishing poor at times. He got heavy stick for trying to thread Rooney through instead of taking a swing on his left peg which he should have done. Though imo i think we lost a bit of flare when he was substituted as he was starting to shoot and play well. I think he is an important player for us and does make a good contribution but if he can improve his finishing then i think he would be even more of a key player in the starting line up. He's an inconsistent talent but i still think he has an important role to play for us.

Nerves of Steel
To score a last minute pen is one thing but to score it in style is the makings of a quality player...well done Rooney!

ICT -V- Ayr Utd : matchday thread
I'am still baffled as to how WE didn't win this game. We threw away those 2 goals with the worst defending i've seen in months. Though strangely enough i thought Bulvitis was very good today and unlucky not to prevent the 1st. Credit to us we got the goal back and then levelled but threw numerous chances that i will never understand how we missed. But they got lucky again taking yet another rare chance in the game. Never a penalty but i don't give a monkeys. Rooney hit it so sweetly. And whats with the albino look Johnny?

QOS- GAME OFF
Looking forward to hearing the reasons behind this postponment. What a joke.

Next Season's Shirt
That home shirt looks excellent, i hope it is certainly of a similar type to that. I hear our next sponsor is the David Sutherland driving school...

Aberdeen vs Raith
They had him footage of him walking to the tunnel at full time, he had things thrown at him as well. That is disgraceful in any setting.

Aberdeen vs Raith
Well done Raith Rovers. Justice done for having to play an undeserved replay. You can add Dunfermline to the upset list, they knocked them out of the cup on pens last season. Graham Bayne got the winning one.

Shinnie going on loan
Second-ed-ed This club is quickly catching on as i'am the latest membeer to join. The we'd rather Shinnie club.

Plea to the board!
Rene has a point and our board would probably be foolish enough to pull a stunt like that but if they were to offer TB and MM new deals they would probably still be not bad and Butcher decided to leave they would probably get Malpas to leave as well to free up his wage so they could make a good offer to someone new. But i'am getting far too ahead of myself and need to stop...

The Final Run In
I think we have tightened up in every derpartment overall. We haven't lost at home since October now i think, as DD says we have tigthened up at the back line and we look dangerous going forward, we also got a monkey of our backs by beating a team that was above us in the league in Partick and now we are above them. We have come along way since the start of the season There is no reason why a very strong run in to the season isn't possible.

Team for Queens
If it ain't broke don't fix it, though i may play Sanchez instead of Odhiambo, depending on how well he played today.

Raith Rovers -V- ICT : matchday thread
It reminds me of those kits that National keepers wore back in the 90's, i think it looks awesome, he should wear it at home games. Does that get sold in the shop at all??
