  1. There was something that didn't seem quite right today. The players were not playing as a team as they have been in past weeks, there was no drive and no passion whatsoever. Now, has there been a bust up? I don't if many people saw, but when Foran went off, Hughes went to pat him on the back. Foran seemed to just blank him and barge past. Now I was quite far away, but that's what it looked like to me. I wonder if there's been a falling out, which partly led to today's disaster.
  2. I'd also say the relegation decider against Falkirk was a more important one as well.

I think the whole thing's been forgotten about now. Wouldn't bother me if we told him not to do it again and moved on. Presumably that's what's happened and if so, I applaud the club for not bringing the whole thing up again and getting another wave of cringeworthy outrage from the Sevco superfans.
  4. Sitting beneath say Kilmarnock or Partick fans would probably be fine. Unfortunately Aberdeen have a fair few mutants in their support who'll take great delight in ruining it for everyone.
  5. What were the attendance figures for our Scottish cup games, it would be great to smash that record and I think we will. It was about 7,000ish each time we had a semi-final at Hampden in the Scottish Cup IIRC. 8,500 is a good deal more than the figure that was quoted to be a couple of days ago by a usually reliable source. Are you sure ? If so, that is more encouraging than I thought. Don't know how true it is mind, but that's what I heard and it was from someone who I can only presume is reasonably in the know.
  6. I heard today that around about 8,500 have been sold so far. By my reckoning then, this'll be or is very close to being the largest ICT attendance at any game ever.
  7. Seemingly Doran was fairly close to making the squad last Saturday, so presumably he'll be fit.

I bet it was that fat wee ned who stole it to sell for smokes!
  9. Who was that real old pensioner on at the start? God, he went on forever! I don't know what the cap signifies as well, but it wasn't half boring. Get on with it for good nasake!
  10. We were rubbish and nothing came off for us and for Celtic everything did. We also seem to be back to trying to pass the ball into the net again. Ryan Christie looked good when he came on though.
  11. Already exists, or something very similar. It was done in Dingwall on Tuesday.
  12. Stand back ladies! This is how you do it! I like Glentoran's fetching red and green striped jerseys as well!

And the 4th official is...... John Beaton!
  14. Weirdly, I was reading a football quotes thing last night and that got a mention. Seemingly after the game, Pele told the players that they "had let the club down"!
  15. According to his Twitter page, Molesworth is back in Australia playing for West Adelaide Soccer Club in the South Australia Premier League (the same league as his previous club Adelaide Blue Eagles. What's a blue eagle? I don't know!). I looked up his page a few months ago and he was writing a letter to Virgin Trains or something saying why he shouldn't be banned! Sounds a bit of a tube.
  16. Think I'm right in saying that Kingsmills Park was originally going to be the home ground of ICT, but was deemed unsafe or something. Doubt there's enough space to have redeveloped it into a 6,000+ stadium though to be honest.
  17. You don't go to many games do you?
  18. 'Caledonia' is an alright folk song, but having it as a 'club anthem' (do we even need one?!) would be a bit naff and verging on cringeworthy IMO. It's the same as when people call for it to be the national anthem, it wouldn't work. It's a folk song, not an anthem.
  19. I've heard rumblings that Orion were upset that the board didn't go for their chosen duo of John Robertson and Barry Wilson as the new management team and also seemingly Alan Savage doesn't get along with the rest of the board. From what I gather due to the nature of the deal, it won't be that big a loss.
  20. And feathers in their hats!
  21. Was an old quarry not considered as one of the sites, which would have created a rocky amphitheatre type of thing? (I may have dreamt this!). Also, was there not talk about knocking down the current stadium and moving to out Daviot way or something? This would have been about a decade ago.
  22. I've said it before and I'll say it again; Dingwall is too narrow for wingers to be effective. For that reason I'd go with a 4-3-3 - Brill Raven Warren Meekings Shinnie Draper Vincent Tansey Doran Foran Mckay Subs - Esson, Devine, Tremarco, Ross, Watkins, Polworth, Williams/Greenhalgh
  23. Brill Raven Warren Meekings Shinnie Tansey Foran Doran Vincent Watkins Mckay Subs - Esson, Ross, Draper, Tremarco, Devine, Polworth, Williams/Greenhalgh
  24. There's one going from Fortrose I think.
