My season ticket is Section G and I stood for lots of the game today and sang as much as I could, clapped most of the game and ended up exhausted at the end - the atmosphere was great. I'll be back for next season, in Divison 1, and hope the singing is just as good then. Well done, fans, one and all.
  2. I've attended all home games and all but one away game for the past seasons and hope to do so in the next season, even if it is Divison 1. But - will a bus be running? I don't fancy driving to away games and back home again (except to Dingwall, of course!). I just hope that enough supporters book onto the Supporters bus to make it possible for the away support to continue to go and support the team. The bus will only be booked if enough people book to go - it cannot go to every away game and incur a loss, so - please - all true supporters - book on the bus and at least show support for the team in Division 1 - we wont be there for long (we hope!). Rant over - still upset over todays result but, onwards and upwards - positive thinking, please!
  3. IHE - after Killie game Lionel is my hero, (he even seemed to do some step-overs like Ronaldo!) with you in 2nd place - but where was my hug! Remedy this IHE, next Saturday or else ?! Spoke to Lionel at Stadium recently and he was well chuffed with chants re his name - must tell him now that there is actually arm movements too, to go with the chants! He will be well pleased. One game a hero, the next ?
  4. I met Zibi at one of the Fans Nights at the Stadium last season and he was a really nice bloke to speak to. Spoke highly of how he and his family enjoyed living in Inverness so much more than Edinburgh! Only wish our present goalies could roll out the ball accurately to the full backs the same way he did. Also spoke to Markus and he was even nicer!!!!! Charming and polite. I hope they both get on well in their new teams, in spite the criticisms they received on this Forum.
  5. After his showing on Saturday at Ibrox, if the under 19s Wilson is on the bench this coming Saturday, everyone better keep their fingers (and everything else) crossed that Mikey doesn't get injured or red-carded. No way is Wilson an SPL goalie - maybe in several years to come but certainly not now.
  6. Can I ask the question - is the Reserves league definitely being scrapped or is it just a proposal?
  7. The HQ Honeys are going - tickets all arranged. Looking forward to a great night.
  8. Was very strange, not being segregated from the opposition and also being in the Home seats. Quite oppressive in fact, as there were approx 1000 there and where we were sitting, only 5 of us with prominent ICT colours. Even more odd to actually hear the words of their "songs" close up. We felt that the boys were a bit overawed by the occasion, the stadium, etc and the serious injury to Kyle Allison may also have affected their composure. Only in the last 20 minutes did the boys actually play as they can and have done in previous games. Full marks, boys, for giving us something to cheer - the goals were very welcome!
  9. Highlights were on Setanta prior to the Dundee Utd v Celtic game this afternoon. Steven Pressley a pundit in the studio, commenting that he and Calum (ref) got the decisions right! Also thought the first goal may have been offside and thought Esson hard done by!
  10. That has to be the best ever video. Great! Absolutely fantabiosie!

    Reserve Game 2mor

Not lots of folk go to the Reserves games except for OF and maybe also Aberdire. Quite a few of the 1st team players usually around to support the Reserves, otherwise family, friends, oaps, kids juping off school, those between jobs, whoever - what category do you want to join? All quite happy to make your acquaintance - also TB and MM will likely be there and a few others maybe. For Aberdeen, Tangoman and his Deputy usually attend. Make your choice, but be warned, no refreshments for sale so, bring your own. What do you expect for free? Enjoy the day.

Please.... please, Starchief and Renegade... Can I please be the first to pull the chain and flush IHE into waterfilled whatever! I can visualise it now - what a wonderful sight - both sides of his a.se - tattooed or not - just flushed out of sight! Thanks - am a much happier bunny now! (ps - he must have days off as no awful responses - hurray).

    Reserve Game 2mor

No turnstiles. Free entry. Park in the away car park and the exit gates will be open there (or should be by 1.55pm!). Enjoy the game - no hassle and usually good craic! Maybe we will all meet up in the Main Stand!
  15. All together now - North Stand - I'd rather have a brush than a Combe.......
  16. Some folk have no taste! Keep the binoculars ready, ladies - some of the boys are worth more than a glance!
  17. Was considering going UNTIL I noticed that the Away terracing is not available! Not my idea of fun to stand alongside Co.nty fans for an hour and a half.... might reconsider if any ICT bods will join me - who's willing to make a noise that night! and have some fun?

Good Gawd - You do my head in, IHE! Your posts are enough to make me try to throw the computer out the window. What an a..e you can be, it used to be Marius is crap, always is, always was, now its Lionel - don't recall you posting so much anti about Russell Duncan getting a red card, or Grant Munro losing us the game against Mudderwell. Go back into your box, please, Johndo, (and shut the lid)(and lock it too) and let us continue to enjoy the posts when you miss a game and we don't have to put up with the same old vitriol time and time again. You give the impression of being a frustrated non-football manager and by your comments never will be more than a poor misguided philosopher/amateur wordsmith. P..s off, please. You may be funny to your mates but not to the most of us. And, if this gets me a warning, tough, as I am just so fed up of all IHE's team bashing. I support my team and criticise when I feel it is applicable but, surely Johndo, you must eventually come to realise that incessant negative criticism is not constructive, just destructive, in all walks of life, including football. And p..s off the sexist comments too...... Most ladies prefer watching football to the rambling of gits who spout out about it.
  19. Absolutely GREAT! Who said we wouldn't get a point far less all three? Well done ICT! Many congratulations to you all.
  20. IHE - which bar at the Muirtown - Canuck remembers me from there - maybe you will too! Eventually - when the mist clears!
  21. When reading the national or local Press, it should nearly always be "believe 10% of what is printed and the other 90% they may have dreamed up/invented/embellished (or copied from other newspapers without checking)". That edict seems reasonably accurate in regard to the Inverness Courier reporting of our game last week in regard to "was it a penalty". Red card to the Courier and their reporter - were they actually present on the day?
  22. What does it really matter - as long as Terry does the business? Come on ICT supporters and get behind big Terry and his sidekick Mo and lets be having you, as old Delia Smith said, yonks ago! Onwards and upwards and still in the SPL.
  23. What an incentive to go to a game at Dingwall! Never mind who to support?
  24. I am really really disappointed in our ex manager. I gave him full support and believed that his injured shoulder was the main cause for him not pulling on a shirt and aiding our team when we needed a striker and, we so needed a striker - he must have, or should have, seen that a mile away. Now, days later, out of a job, his shoulder is ok enough to get on his shirt and play for Ross County. What a poor show. He had my support. Not now.
  25. In the North Stand, we (and the players and the subs obviously when warming up) enjoy the noise, love bouncy bouncy (not been many recently), foot stamping, and especially the drums and would never want to have the encouragement diminished. The only swear word that is unacceptable in every stadium is c...t and that seems universal everywhere so, please, ICT fans eliminate that one word and everyone will join in all the singing, every song except one that includes that word. Long live the North Stand and the singers therein, especially Section G. My favourite place in the Stadium. Never will I move to the Main Stand to be in with the sweetie wrappers, silent, in the wind, rain, sun etc., I'd rather be happy with the real fans.
