Home Form
Scottish Cup, I think. A couple of our midfielders had gone of injured and there was nobody else really to come on.

Home Form
I have never once called for Brew's head, but our home form is a disgrace and I won't be going anywhere near TCS until I see some sign of improvement. Whatever brew's strategy has been at home, it isn't working.

Respect
"Wholeheartedly agree with your constructive criticism, boss" is perhaps what was being said.

Just seen the highlights. Wilson's miss at the end

Kingsmills Suite
It's just struck me what a wonderful gesture it was for the club to name a suite after one of this website's most esteemed posters.

Mark Brown
BBC reporting today that Celtic will move for Zaluska in the window, which will push Brown down the pecking order and possibly back to a provincial club.

ICT -V- Falkirk : Matchnight Thread
There are 3 teams below us in the league. Are we really going to have lost at home to all 3 of them? :o

Ritchie Bryne
I don't pay an awful lot of attention to other teams' players, but Byrne is one who always stood out to me as being a terrible player, one of the worst first team regulars in the SPL.

Heads on a Plate
I don't rate Mixu. Hasn't he been in management longer than Brewster? There's no doubt who won the tactical battle on Saturday, and it's not often you can say that about Brewster.

Credit where credit's due
If that's your case, I'd be inclined to find the defendant not guilty!

Credit where credit's due
A huge amount of credit is due to the manager, and the players. I don't think we have turned any sort of corner. We will continue to lose games that we should win, particuarly at home, but then surprise everyone with an unexpected win once in a while.

Hibernian -V- ICT : matchday thread
Great result! I was too depressed to go and see us play badly and lose without scoring a goal again (which is what's what happened in the last 5 games I've been to). Maybe I should stay away more often.

Red or Black?
No, no and no. Basically the club is a small company and doesn't need to disclose much at all.

Who should be in goals on Saturday?
I'm really torn. Fraser had a mare v Rangers, but it would be good man management for Brew to give him a chance to redeem himself and I'm sure Fraser's very determined to do better this week. He's made howlers in the past and came back stronger. But after much thought I would give Esson a chance. On a long losing run something has to be changed, and it would also send a message to our other underperformers that nobody's position is guaranteed.

Who should be in goals on Saturday?
It's been the subject of as much debate this week as Obama v McCain, so here's your chance to vote.

Red or Black?
Generally, our outgoings are could be as much as a few hundred thousand pounds a year greater than our income. Which is not good. In recent seasons we have been able to cover these cash losses by getting a windfall from somewhere, in the form of: - a good, lucrative cup run - selling off our most valuable players (in recent seasons Brown, Rankin, Niculae, and best of all Brewster as manager) - a shareholder injecting further funds. None of these windfalls seem likely to arise this season, which means we will have to cut our cloth accordingly. So there is little money for transfer fees, or for paying off the management team.

Brewster hits back at officials!
Here are his midweek thoughts, from the official club site. http://www.ictfc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/News...1444824,00.html "I feel we have been unlucky in recent weeks, we lost a goal against Motherwell which was never a free kick, we go out of the cup because of an offside goal and penalty decision not given. Whereas on Saturday we lose the first goal to a debatable free kick, we just hope these things even themselves out over the course of the season."

The January Transfer Window
Rory is the only obvious one. But who would take him off our hands? He didn't exactly shine in Div 2 last season, and he seems to have got worse since then. You couldn't lose both Djebi-Zadi and McBain, otherwise we have no real cover at left back. Zander may be another candidate. He may have some talent, but if he's never going to get a game.....

RANGERS -V- ICT : matchday thread
That Airdrie match Scotty quoted is pretty remarkable when you look at how strong our line-up was. It can't all have been Walker's fault.

The two months till January thread
Here's what Aberdeen had to say when they dropped their interest. All very vague, but might they be referring to off the field problems? "Aberdeen Director of football Willie Miller told the club's official website: "I can assure our fans that there were other factors behind the decision to drop our interest in Richie and nothing whatsoever to do with finance.""

The two months till January thread
Foran looked a good striker during his spell in the SPL, but perhaps had some bad habits that would put many clubs off.

R.I.P. Brookes Mileson
He seemed a decent bloke who thoroughly enjoyed his life. I don't think they will sprinkle his ashes over Raydale Park though.

Radio Scotland's phone in
Traynor's show is "Your Call", but it's not about you or your comments, it's all about him. Anyway, if I can can nitpick on the point CaleyD was making. Rejoining ICT was actually a step up for Brewster as he was not in management at the time. Think of his career as a game of snakes and ladders. Step up - ICT manager Step up - Dundee Utd manager Slide down a huge snake - sacked Step up - Aberdeen player Step up - ICT manager again There would seem to be more snakes than ladders on the horizon for him, but it all depends if he gets the luck of the "Board".

This hasn't been a great day to be an ICT fan, with Sunderland as your English team.

Falkirk -V-ICT : matchnight thread
Having just seen the highlights, the 2 key decisions were even more blatantly wrong than any of us imagined at the time. Absolutely shocking decisions.
