  1. Dundee - they voted no to us entering the SPL in 2004 along with Partick (Partick understandably as they were being relegated so not got a problem with them!) Dundee Utd - I really dislike Peter Houston Accies -Horrible stadium / support / town / pubs Falkirk - nasty support Hearts - arrogant fans
  2. Check out this video featuring Roy. I remember when this went on the TV... Sorry about all the County stuff though!! Roy gets a wee speaking part. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uTE_y2NJNJw
  3. My all time favourite ICT player. All the best!
  4. Been uber busy at work this week so just logged on for first time today. Dire game. Bad from both teams tbh. Eric could not do a thing right. Really bad. As for the ref, i don't think he was particularly bad. The problem with locations are that Scotland is a small country, and always struggle to recruit referees. I think it would be difficult to have any boundaries. For example, would a referee from the 'central belt' be biased against ICT? Where do we draw the line with it? Most refs, due to population are central belt based and trying to co-ordinate who goes where would be difficult enough without worrying about what town they live in or how far they live from a town.
  5. Why did he go to Formartine? I thought he was doing a good job with Huntly and I heard their pretty loaded. I know Formartine are loaded as well. Even still I thought he would have stayed to finish job with Huntly.
  6. Was a good day out but awful awful performance. Stewarding was brilliant - on par with killie earlier in season. What a change around since our last visit! We just didn't get in to the game at all and at 0-0 at half time, i was thinking a 0-0 draw would be the best we could hope for. Inevitably, the goals came. Really good first goal but Hogg was responsible for the build up. In saying that, I thought the rest of the game, he was quite strong for us.
  7. According to the Ross-Shire Journal online, Brewster won't be going back to County.
  8. Here's me thinking we'd be drinking coke on the Glasgow train then. First time i'll be back in Edinburgh since the Hearts game, after moving to Glasgow on the Sunday! An emotional return for me!
  9. In the words of Archie McPherson.... WOOOOOOF!
  10. I hope he does well in what ever he does. A good servant to the club. I thought he would have gone on to bigger things than he did though. Good luck!!!
  11. Would Bazza ever go back to County? I remember when Bobby got sacked, that was one of the main reasons Barry joined ICT. That was when McGregor took over. Is he still chairman?
  12. http://www.blackandwhitearmy.com/forums/index.php/topic/30868-stewarding-today/ 5 pages on St Middens forum about yesterdays stewarding.
  13. This is a copy and paste job from a St Mirren fan on pie and bovril. Very interesting! After leaving the ground we got as far as Well St when this wheezing overweight guy ran up behind us. He asked what the final score was, I told him 3 all. He said he missed then end because he was a steward and caused the fight at the end of the game. He seemed to be totally buzzing and was proud of what he had done. His story pretty much matched what has already been said but there is no doubt he was a walloper of the highest order and tbh I am ashamed that we have people like that representing our club.
  14. Thanks for this. It was my son who was ejected from the ground after being assaulted by that steward. What he actually said was that he was "sick of being treated like a f*cking animal" by said steward who then told him "don't f*cking swear at me". This man kicked him in the left shin, kinda sore when he was wearing steel toe caps. Boy was then hauled out by the neck. He spoke to the local Polis and requested that they take his details, which they refused to do. He was told "just get back on the train home". Boy, like his mates is no innocent, no shrinking violet. I've no doubt he was as gobby as usual but this response from persons supposing to keep public order is utterly, utterly unacceptable. I was in two minds as to going to the game or not, but I'm glad I didn't. I would have got out of hand, as seems to have nearly happened with a lot of fellow fans. On a serious note, this has to stop. If any of you who saw this are willing, could you pm me with details and indicated as to whether or not you are happy to be identified. If you are not, I will respect your confidentiality. I'll be on to St. Mirren tomorrow, and this man will be punished. I'll make sure of that. On a wider note, this seems to be getting worse across the board. As some of you know, I was chucked out of Parkhead earlier this season - didn't even get a reply to my complaint. Fans on forums across the country seem to have a weekly thread about being harrassed, bullied, intimidated and occasionally assaulted by these self appointed control freaks. Maybe time to do something collective about this. Davie, I just PM you on pie and Bovril as well.
  15. Very good game, fast flowing end to end stuff. Happy with the point considering the suspensions / injuries. I thought the referee had an absolute howler though and I need to see the penalty again as it did look like a dive at the time. Saints 2nd goal was quality and Rooneys goal to make it 3-2 was well taken. Even though we didn't win. i think that is the confidence back up again and i'm sure we will win soon. Very promising. The stewarding was awful. Petty and provocative. One of the younger lads was sworn at and then dragged by the scruff of the neck from a steward which then nearly caiused a mass brawl! The steward was removed and the police were viewing the CCTV. If it was caught, then i'm sure he will pay the price with his job. The steward with the clipboard was an absolute clown as well. There was just no need.
  16. Aye, quite a few folk going to the Alamo. Caledonia St, Paisley PA3 2JG
  17. Glad you cracked the not so cryptic code! Funnily enough, the bit I remembered the most from the whole BBC show was indeed Christinas attempt at the Star Spangled Banner! An absolute shocker!
  18. I have the VHS that came out of the time. May purchase the DVD at some point. Good memories!
  19. So who's watching the Super Bowl then? Nothing on TV so going to watch it for a bit. Steelers V Packers... for the 'World' Championship according to the American press.
  20. Dougal are you on P+B? You'd get on well with all the Ton fans right now moaning about the ICT fans. Can't be fooked with fishing pish from you again. Getting quite predictable and boring. If you have such an issue with ICT fans why don't you go and support some one else.......ahh wait a minute... you probably do already
  21. I haven't seen the celebration yet but from the photo it looks good! Don't like either of the old filth but well done Scott Brown!
  22. Playing an SPL team, we should always be full strength. I do rate Tuffey and i hope we keep him long term, but for now Esson is the number one and the 3rd best Scottish goal keeper currently playing pro-football.
  23. I thought the tackle was absolutely acceptable on a player like Diouf!
