So if you thought, as Dougal apparently does (surprise, surprise!), that we were going to lose to Morton, which choice would you make? If I thought we'd lose to Morton I'd have chosen Round 5. As it is I believe this is our year for the final.

I think he'll still be with us till summer. We turned down a reported 100k and Hibs wont go more than that so unless some big money comes in by monday night then he's ours till season end at least. And if we were to get a european place then maybe he'll be here for longer. Still a top four possibility and a cup which is more than Hibs can achieve

I dont believe Russel is out of favour. I think that for the last few games Butcher has gone with a morwe attacking line-up and Russel is a defensive mid. If we go ahead and things are going well he sticks to that. If we go behind he brings Russel on to shore the defence. Personally I think he needs to always be first choice with an attacking mid (Cox) alongside hime for balance.

Why is someone, who's been tried and tested and is doing very well for this team (Ross) being dropped in favour of someone who hasn't played in our team, comes from a different league in a different country and is yet to prove himself (Doran)?

When he lost three stone and realised he had to work for a living. Charlie Adam is a small club player with a small club attitude. Blackpool are a small club in comparrison to the big boys of the EPL. He has done well by the sea but could he hack the big club with all its superstars. Would he even get a first team place?

So you consider a transfer to ICT as being thrown on the scrapheap !!! Charming . He wasn't transferred to us. After he completed his youth programme at Aberdeen he was told he was surplus to requirement. and would not be kept on. They done nothing to help him find another team and would have been quite happy had he never kicked a ball again.

Heard a murmour this weekend, from an Aberdeen supporter, that Rory is being watched by them and that they are very interested in taking him to the pit. Would be rather ironic considering they threw him on the scrapheap.
