Mrs Gringo's 50th - Queen of the South

To all those heading for the game at Queen of the South on the 5th Dec it would be great if we could gather for a birthday sing song for Mrs G who will be 50 years young.

Over the years her birthday has fallen on a Saturday and she has enjoyed trips to the seaside (Ayr...Arbroath... :) :) ) but we are coming inland this time for a day out in Dumfries. Go on - make her day.

We may have to dash away before the end of the game as the train back is 17:01 and we need to get back for a curry...where friends will be waiting.

Hopefully the players and the fans will make her day.

Happy Birthday Mrs Gringo, i'm sure me and the rest of the alcoholics will give her a wee song :011:

Excellent but we will have to follow Doonhammer tradition and follow the serenade with 50 "bumps" and a cascade in to the River Nith. But will the old git be up to it ? :011:

Happy Birthday Mother xx

Happy Birthday :hale: Hope you had a good day

Yon owd woman cost us the game - she decides to leave just as they are taking the free kick and our wall was still waving to her and joining in the "happy Birthday" chorus and took their eyes of the game.

We still finished the song tho!

Happy Birthday young lady.

Mrs G passes on her thanks to you all for all your best wishes and the marvellous rendition of happy birthday. Sorry it took your attention away from the equaliser! Also sorry we had to leave early to catch the train South - we had to get back in order to meet up with friends back home and go out for a meal. We had a great weekend.

:) :D

It was also great to meet Dewsburydude and Mrs Dewsburydude for the first time and also catch up with Queen Beastie, Mooncat, Goven Jaggie, Red Card, Wanderer, Naelifts, Mantis, King Beastie and Mrs King Beastie and, of course, IHE who was in fine form. Palmerston Park rocks - long live Palmerston.
