Inspirational Songs

The announcer is looking for an inspirational song for the team to come out to on matchdays. Something that will in years to come be a song that is instantly connected with Caley Thistle. For instance Nessun Dorma is a particularly inspirational. Please leave your suggestions

It definatley shouldnt be anything to do with traditional scottish music...... just because we're in the Highlands it doesnt mean we have to live up to the usual stereotypes. What about Ecstacy

Jeepsaw that is a really good tune.............now if you could make the words fit the occassion then who knows.

Thank you Alex! Glad you enjoyed it.

The inspiral carpets did it for the 8.15 to manchester with one of their songs back in the day i remember.

Plenty of room to name all the players in the verse.

Suggestions???????????

Suggest you forget it....could you imagine how that might sound coming from our pa system!!!

One of my all time favourites

It would be for a gnome lover. Poor little creatures. Bet you've hundreds couped up in your garden. No freedom to move. Just stuck there twiddling their wee thumbs like animals in a zoo.:tongueincheek:

No Runrig pleeeease, I'd run a mile to avoid that pish.

Feel free to run mate. I'll wager that more people would enjoy Runrig than would consider them pish.

At TCS you'd probably be right but outwith TCS most people would say they're sh1t I'd wager .

Not in Denmark they wouldn't

Show a bit of class Alex, no Runrig please.

If you'd seen them live in recent times you'd know they are class. And their lighting show is second to none.

How would a light show at a past concert improve the effect of playing one of their gash songs at TCS?

Runrig please. worked fine on Saturday.

Hearach.....more like ear ache!!!

Another for Runrig!

Ignore the Rugby for wimps vid but how about this for the players to run out to.

That's a wild claim. Wild.

Runrig suck......why do so many people think we have to add to the Teuchter sterotype already attached to us, by playing crap like Runrig and Highland Cathedral? We need proper music, that gets the crowd going...not send them to sleep

Keep the stereotypes coming.

thought that this song sung by st mirren supporters yesterday would be good considering what went on with the stewards

"why do so many people think we have to add to the Teuchter sterotype already attached to us" - if there are So Many people, surely that would be enough to ACTUALLY SING at games. Ace of spades :notlistening:
