So priority groups only have today and tomorrow! Not much time since most won't even know about this until the deadline has passed!

And why not sell tickets before the Hearts game as well, would make it easier for a lot of people if a stall/s was set up to sell celtic outside the stadium.

Technically speaking they don't need to give priority to anyone....but nice that they are, and also good that they have extended opening hours to allow as many as possible to take advantage of it.

Trying to sell Cup Tickets before the Hearts game would be a logistical nightmare....taking details (name, address etc) for purchasers, trying to check that off against the database to ensure no tickets are being sold to Celtic Fans (as much as is possible) for the home end, taking credit/debit card payments from a remote location...all that on top of dealing with the game in hand...it just wouldn't work and would end up creating more problems than anything else.

Its a shame that the game isn't on Sunday the 5th. That would have been a nice omen for us...

Anyone know what time the shop opens tomorrow?

10am, but there should be somebody at the stadium from 9am. You can buy your seat online

Cheers.

Can u buy tickets at Eden court now they have some partnership Together

I've asked the club for some clarification on what exactly the deal/setup is with Eden Court and will feed that back as soon as I get it.

I paid for mine over the phone and will collect later.

If the tickets are going on sale at 4.45 today to the general public, how late is the ticket office staying open till after the game.

We will stay open for as long as it takes, within reason, to meet the demand. We will be open from 10am on Monday to continue general sale

couldnt get tickets from eden court this morning?

They said stopped selling them at midday friday ??

This was for todays game v Hearts( sorry) not celts

but was still surprised after this weeks announcement

Eden Court will have a cut off time to allow unsold tickets to be returned to the stadium

Pity they couldnt wait until a few home games had passed - so they could gage the potential of saturday morning ticket sales from there.

A wee reserve pile of tickets a couple dozen wouldnt do any harm - not as if we sell out each time

I could perhaps see the need for that with ticket only matches, but for games where there's a cash gate then it wouldn't make much sense to go over to Eden Court to get a ticket before heading over to the Stadium.

got my ticket for the game and looking forward to this game. hopefully we can do what we did the previous time at either celtic park or hampden cannae remember.

super caley go balistic celtic are atrocious

bring it one xx

Wonder if they`ll wear the hoops or the beehive or the shiny grey number they had v Peterhead ?

Got further information on the arrangement with Eden Court this morning.

The setup is that Eden Court are given blocks of tickets to sell for specific areas in the Main Stand and North Stand....so you don't have full choice on which part of the stadium you wish to sit.

Priority sales are not offered via Eden Court and they do not have the ability to deal with enquiries regarding season tickets etc....these will have to be done via the Ticket Office as normal.

Eden Court were being supplied with tickets for the Celtic game this morning, now that it is on General Sale. These will be available until they sell out and/or 5pm on the Friday before the game (awaiting final confirmation on that time).

In short, it's an outlet for those looking to purchase tickets and are happy to take the ones on offer and not looking to sit in a specific area.

Hope that helps clear up any confusion.

Any idea when there opening up the website ticket thing to everyone? as it still says season ticket holders

i dont think they do Caleyrule to stop the home end being filled with the opposition fans. (OF games) . However could be wrong.

Spoken to a few people who are being put off by the price...the £15 concession seems to be a particular turn-off and is by far the most expensive of the round with every other game offering a £5 child ticket of some kind (even Rangers v Dundee Utd).

Are the prices not agreed by both clubs involved?

Its a difficult one to deal with though. Do they drastically reduce prices in the hope of filling the stadium or do they keep prices up knowing they wont fill the stadium. The fact is, if there was no such thing as segregation we'd probably sell out to Celtic fans. Someone earlier suggested there were 1000 home seats available. Would all those seats be filled if the prices were lower. At the end of the day the club need to maximise income and probably base the prices on expected numbers. If they know they can maximise the away figures at the prices set then thats what they're going to do. Its a shame we're in a situation where we cant fill the home stands with home supporters for such games but thats the way things are. I'm willing to bet though, that if we were to reach a final, we'd have no problem taking a very large contingent to Hampden. All of whom will willingly pay the gate prices set by the SFA.

As a matter of interest the prices for other SPL clubs this weekend are:

Aberdeen ---- £18/£16 ----- Concessions £12/£10

Hibs ------------£20 ----------- " " " " " " " £10

Motherwell ----£15 -----------" " " " £10

Rangers -------£20 ----------- " " " " £13

St Mirren ------£15 ----------- " " " " £10

Hearts are top secret unless I register with their e-ticketing system.
