Newcastle beating Man City 1-0 - who needs a multi Billion Pound team?

4-1 now to St Johnstone - Nose bleed time for Aberdeen at the top of the table.

5-1 to St Johnstone now lolololol

Right we have 500K. Use it for a better contract for Hughes and getting Storey signed up

That was the longest 6 minutes extra time ever. Phew, over the line. Great performance, chaps. Good to have Vincent back, apparently Polworth was good value. What a difference 8 days makes. Upwards and onwards. Can we sign Storey?

Excellent result.  Sounds like a very nervy last few minutes, but we held out.  3 good league wins in a row now.  Maybe we should play against top 6 every week!

Tremendous result today looks like we are now back in the swing - will be good to see what those that were at the game have to say

Great result. Miles Storey was outstanding but what a team goal the first one was with Storey getting he finishing touch. Fon-Williams was in fine form after the break as County upped their levels, but we always looked interested when countering. Some great blocks and last ditch tackles and just when it looked as though County had blown over, they scored and we were back under the cosh. 2-1 it was though and a tremendous three points over County's best side for years. No flops today, they all did their jobs, Polworth and all who put in a thumping tackle seconds after receiving treatment. Respect dude. Great atmosphere in the away end and the home support were pretty much subdued after the quick one-two just before the break.

Happy Bunny tonight :ictscarf:

Bloody delighted!!! Wat and atmosphere the guys created in the away stand, but yet again I was left disappointed at being stuck in amongst people who make as much noise as mouse fart! Then when I tried to move, I came up against an ******** steward!

How ever, enough of the negativity, another 3 points, not far off top six and gives us extra confidence for the forth coming games and of course the quarter final.

Great shift from everyone of them but a poor referee as expected! Let's get Hughes signed up and then storey too

Polworth is maturing well. Great performances in the past two games. Storey will be a handful for any defence. Really happy boy tonight!!!

Well chuffed with the win over a good County side, now looking forward to watching the match on BBC Alapa tonight.

Storey showing up as likely a better option than Mckay.

Agreed. That just what I was saying during the game. Much more than a finisher (which he is also good at). Would be great to have him stay beyond January.

So the departure of Billy MaKay wasn't after all the same kind of mortal wound as the similar exit of David Bingham in 2004 was also predicted to become?

We would have won at least three Scottish Cups by now if David Bingham hadn't left.

Another good performance and result today could have been a lot more with the cross balls from Storey it we had someone keeping up in front of goal.  It is always a great feeling going back over the bridge with 3 points. :ictscarf:
