Looks like the SPL did the Peepul a favour now that it seems McCoist has actually found his level - 3rd Division suits him. Oh, how I chortled . . . Arrogant barstewards thought they would just walk the Division and any competition they entered. How wrong they are. Opposition is not so diddy now you have to play them week in, week out, are they?3 points

But the downside at County is that you've then got to sit through a pretty inevitable 0-0 borefest.2 points

After years of searching and worrying about the whereabouts of Lionel the ICT legend cult figure, I think I have tracked him down. It appears that in 2011 he joined Saint Louisienne who play in the top flight in.....La Reunion (French island in the Indian Ocean). The team's wikipedia page shows a Lionel Zadi, now age 30, in the squad, along with a Serge Zadi who is his 37 year old brother. Was there not some suggestion years ago that Lionel wanted ICT to give his brother a trial? Some cynics might say that wikipedia is not 100% reliable, but I think this you-tube video removes any doubt. First of all, look at who uploaded it. Then at the line-up, look at the guy in the green team standing next to the keeper. And best of all, check out the spectacular winning goal at 1.50, I'm pretty sure that it was Lionel wearing number 28. That would certainly explain why he uploaded it. PS Can someone please create an "I've got way too much time on my hands" smiley?1 point

Right, I'm off the fence here. I think what's happening is that there is something of a seige mentality about this team, fostered by the "nobody likes us, they wish we weren't here" belief that the Manager and others put forward. Let's be fair, I think that's obvious from the central belters and this year it's just reinforced by the apathy from the stands. It's a great philosophy, in that it gets people together and makes sure that the team works as a team. That's much more evident this year than last. But there is a downside to this and it was evident on saturday. If one of the team is unlucky enough to be singled out (OTJ) and punished, the rest will pursue justice based on their idea of no one being on their side and that's why Richie could easily have joined OTJ on a red. It's a great mentality to have, it's a great team togetherness - it just needs applied more carefully and only the manager can do that.1 point

Indeed it's him...I searched on the <<La Reunion Journal>> news website and found this interesting item... "Ne plainte a été déposée au parquet de Paris au nom d’une association contre Djebi-Zadi pour "provocation à la haine" après la publication mercredi par l’hebdomadaire de caricatures du "Yngwie" au "CaleyThistleOnline". Lionel a-t-on appris de source judiciaire de "stalking and harassment". DZ dit "get a life"... Une enquête a par ailleurs été ouverte par le parquet sur le piratage dont a été victime le site internet du journal, a-t-on précisé de même avec le bomb-scare source."1 point

Sorry, but docking wages and/or hammering a player for what is essentially nothing more than an error is sheer folly. All you achieve from that is a culture whereby players aren't going to get stuck in or involved in the physical side of the game for fear of losing money as a result. We just have to accept that these things happen from time to time and it's just unfortunate that OTJ's been on the receiving end of a couple of red cards.1 point

Just found this on YouTube. Heard about it many times, but I'd never actually seen it I don't think - Best moment is 1:11 - "Oscar Perez is stupufied!"1 point

You cant directly compare Rhodes to Fletcher because they are playing in completely different leagues, in different teams and for different managers. Fletcher is clearly more accomplished in that he has a decent scoring record for mediocre teams in the EPL. No other Scottish striker is at this standard at present. At present IMO Scotlands strongest strikers IMO are (in order) something like this: Fletcher, Mackie, Rhodes, Miller, Russell, McCormack, Goodwillie For the avoidance of doubt i'm classing Maloney and Snodgrass as midfielders Fletcher might not have acted professionally with regards to his text about selection availability however we live in a world of football where egos and arrogance is part and parcel. Levein should be man enough to deal with this in a professional manner which does not affect the strength/success of the team. Is the Scotland team stronger with Fletcher in it? I would say yes. This boils down to Levein's ego and stubbornness and he does not want to step down. This whole situation smacks of two egos trying to get one over on each other. For the good of the Scotland team we need our best players available to us, what we don't need is petty squabbles and male bravado taking precedence1 point

Munro and Tokely are playing superbly this season whilst rooney cant even make the starting eleven . Yeah, because Tokely and Munro are playing at C*unty through choice when they could really be earning 5 times as much, plying their trade and starting every week for Birmingham or Swindon!!!1 point
