Is that 12.30 am or 12.30 pm ? What "dress" should we wear ? You wear any party dress you choose :-) Anyone who is travelling from Inverness, can you phone and book if you want to go on the bus as I believe we have 1 full bus and it would be great if we could take 2 buses, but need quite a few more travelling to make it worth while. Come on down and support the boys and enjoy a little socialising with your fellow fans at St Johnston Two buses now booked to go to St Johnstone.

Count me in. Not often I get to walk to a game.
  5. This all seater stadia farce is just symptomatic of the twisted values and priorities in modern society. There is no commonsense in the corridors of power. Sitting at football matches is just wrong. It's like going to the bloody theatre where you sit in silence and then applaud at the end. It destroys spontaneity and has killed the atmosphere in the game. We all know the reason for it but it is like taking a sledgehammer to crack a nut. The Hillsborough tragedy was not caused by the standing areas per se. It was caused by a variety of factors all of which are capable of being managed out of the system in order to prevent any repetitions. Within the general design of an old fashioned standing terrace there is no reason why there can't be more crush barriers to reduce any surge, there is no reason why grounds can't be subject to inspection to ensure barriers remain fit for purpose, there is no reason why there cannot be systems to restrict the numbers allowed into any area (modern turnstile technology for example). Actions can be taken to prevent fans trying to access grounds without tickets or trying to enter grounds when under the influence of drink or drugs. Severe sanctions can be taken against clubs and police forces who fail to have proper management plans for dealing with crowds. In other words, the lessons of Hillsborough and elsewhere where more minor incidents have occurred should be learnt and commonsense allowed to prevail.
  6. Precisely.... "Tinks" is also a name for travelling folks, so is that word to be treated in the same way? What about farmers? Are teams from the South allowed to poke fun at us for being kilt wearing Highlanders?...even if we are not?
  7. That means nothing. There are many reasons why those things take time. The main one being organising a time when player, agent, manager and DoF can get together. Graeme signed, Andrew will do likewise. Champions league qualifiers a begging.
  8. If I was a player and I'd seen a list like that of (potentially) out of contract others then I'd be snapping up any reasonable offer being made to me by my current club.

I had never heard of that equivalent to April Fools day before... Had me going there! :clapping:
  10. Bottom line is that you will get a feckin ticket, ya will be welcomed (double voddie and coke helps of course) and in either of those games ya will be entertained and even if the games are cancelled at the last feckin minute ya can still get pisshed - by the way the new password to the Innes bar is "Ian Holloway is a bald headed ****".

  12. Yes, at the moment, we'd be a bit of a scalp for them, wouldn't we?
  13. Got me thinking, Has anyone seen Billy MacKay and Lionel Messi on the same pitch at the same time
