Exactly my words CaleyD. I would just like to remind some folks here about the expectations and hopes last July. Let's see what happened with them: 1. Safety from relegation: Big check 15 games from the end 2. Positive season record against OTB: Nearly check, all we need is one point out of 2 games, and another if we drop to seventh or they miraculously climb to sixth. 3. One cup run: Big check 4. Signing key players on two-year contracts: Check for Meekings, G Shinnie and Mckay with a good chance to extend that list 5. Football on the deck instead of the hoof: Check. Not always as there are situations the hoof is simply necessary, but most of the time 6. Finding the net more often: Big big check 7. Better discipline: Check after a bad start. We had no one sent off since OTJ against Aberdire in October, or was that still September?!2 points

Sometimes things just don't go for you...despite best endeavours. I was heartbroken for the team last week. We matched a team with far greater resources than us for 120 minutes and then lose the game on a single kick of the ball. Similar feelings today. We were a little out of sorts in the final third, but you have to give credit to the team for still managing to get chances despite losing two of the teams most influential players to injury early on. What's important is that nobody panics and tries to make it out to be more than it is....and full credit to the travelling fans today who showed real support for the team by staying to clap every one of them off the park at full time.2 points

OK - here is the bottom line and from the feckin heart : ESSON No chance with the goals but certainly a welcome return. Is it a one off or is it a need - or does TB feckin like him ?? Ask the fans !! RAVEN my MOM - say no more and is that a cue for Baltimore ? MEEKINGS Another solid display WARREN Another who can step up next season unfortunately. G.SHIINNIE I actually thought "great" when he was pushed into left midfield - that is where I think that he could be a really great player - but then TB swops him to wide rite !!! Fer fecks sake !!! DORAN Much more influential today but why oh feckin why is he swopped about when he was killing them wide left ? ROSS I was delighted to see him start - but as a defensive central midfielder - give me a feckin break - and when A.Shinnie hobbled off was that "in the feckin hole" position not feckin tailor made fer him ? OTJ Class but unsupported - the only feckin player that we have that could feckin replace OTJ or Draper is Gavin feckin Morrison. FORAN If he had not gone off injured he would have been sent feckin off - what is getting on his goat ?? A.SHINNIE Hope he recovers as he is our main feckin man. McKAY IMHO he is clearly carrying a knock - he was kept on the park in an ineffectual manner and that may cost us. ROBERTS Changing my sig - he looked like a feckin Berbatov - and hearing some of the "comments" from the players in the stand he is clearly not one of the EASY CREW - but why oh feck why put him on to replace the A.Shinnie roving role - oh my feckin gawd !! TAYLOR I like him - keep him at left back and push G.Shinnie forward. Gibbons didnt have a chance - but this game was crying out fer Morrison, Pepper and even feckin Sutherland.1 point

Celtic would have to be in cloud cook coo land to put out their strongest team anyway. What type of manager would field their strongest team, when you are 15 points ahead in the league and dont have any opposing clubs of the same size and stature. Theres a huge Champions league match for them on Tuesday night and if Lennon wants to jeopardize that in any way by going all out for a win in Inverness with his best players, then I would certainly start to question his managerial skills. I wish them all the best on Tuesday night and it must be a big relief not having Rangers to worry about this season but if Lennon even comes close to fielding his best players and they get a knock or pull up, then they are up against it with regards to the big money match a few days later. A couple of our key players unexpectedly left the field in our last match, it can happen to anyone at any time and can just as easily happen to any amount of Celtic players this Saturday.1 point

Seriously poor reporting (or spin) by the BBC....yet again. What was said is that players "COULD BE out for a few weeks", but that is a worst case and until they are properly looked at and assessed then it's all conjecture. I believe both player will be resting up and icing until Monday before that assessment takes place. This seems to be pretty standard procedure as it allows any initial swelling/bruising to calm down a bit. It could just as easily turn out that Andy had little more than a bad cramp and Foran got a bit of a twist and they could both be back for Saturday....Mckay and OTJ being in the same boat. Personally, I'd be all for Terry telling the press all four were doubtful for next Saturday, regardless. Maybe put Celtic off guard and tempt them to send a "weakened" starting XI....so don't be surprised if injury updates are vague/non existent in the coming week.1 point

Aye, but its not defenders we need, we just have not got the squad depth to replace the likes of Shinnie and Foran, Nick Ross will never be a regular goalscorer although we will wait and see if he can improve his strike rate with a regular game. Shane is a bit of a bustler, strong and direct but not a great deal of skill and being played wide is a feckin mistake and a waste. A week to recover from knocks so we will see what happens next saturday.1 point

Completely and utterly false in the assumption/opinion that CJT only represent themselves. I for one take massive offence to that notion! 100%! If you wish me to explain why, feel free to PM me an I will reply!1 point
