  1. Tory scum, what an embarrassment for the club.

  2. How much came out of the Inverness common good fund again? It’s time ICT try and promote themselves and not rely on other parties to do so. Dougal

  4. I've noticed a couple of posts on here recently where the posters could be construed as harbouring sympathies or loyalties to one of either Celtic or Rangers. Just a reminder that if Celtic and Rangers are your big team, then you are not welcome in the home end at the Tulloch Caledonian Stadium. Thank you.

  6. Caley Thistle Trust to get £157,000 to create a 'Mecca' for the women's game at the former IRA pitches in a grant from the government.

  7. Yeh I'd agree with that.

  8. What utter nonsense.. I'd expect the majority of our ST holders esp the younger they are to have no leanings towards the OF or Aberdeen

  9. Try on BBC iplayer, View from the Terrace, it was on the 31 March episode.

  10. Why should the Council step up at all they are after all the Highland Council and not Inverness District Council. The clue is in the name any council funding is long gone. Astonishing that some ICT fans think the club should be bank rolled by the local government especially when there has been so many budget constraints over the last twenty odd years. Dougal

  11. Nothing wrong with ICT being your second team. Our (sorry, Celtic’s free Highland) youth coach never attends any of the first team matches as his interests and loyalties lie in the east end of Glasgow . I would expect most ICT fans have Celt leanings with some others having a soft Gers and Aberdeen affiliation. Just the reality of where ICT are in there abysmal and amateur recruitment and nurturing of future ICT fans. Expect this topic will be recycled in 20 years time as long as we have numpties in charge! Happy for anyone to convince me otherwise…

  12. I wholeheartedly agree with this however it sadly would have a drastic effect on our home attendances which are already at an all time low. Do we really want to exclude more than half the site admin and moderators along with a very large number of prominent posters on here? There’s no point naming names they know who they are and shame on them however in their defence they were the exact type of supporters the initial board of ICT wanted to attract while they shafted the football fraternity of Inverness. 13. Aside from maybe putting some things out on social media for free I'm not sure what the council could do. Certainly nothing that actually costs anything at a time when they are cutting LS staff and PSA budgets, closing outdoor learning etc.

  14. I really cringe when the chief representatives of any sports clubs get caught on a photo greeting or glad handing politicians of any party. - They are invariably decried by persons not affiliated to that particular party. Irrespective of what you think of SG, he has to welcome any guest and to make them comfortable and hope they enjoy their visit to the club. We have to separate the club (all parts of it), from politics and religion. We have all seen how it turns out when this rule is compromised! The club has to retain a neutral position on politics and religion. End of story!!

  15. You are right but what is the club going to do with very few options? This is where the Scottish set up is a farce!

  16. The level of Old Firm acceptance on here is truly sad to see. Hopefully over time this fades out from our support. The main thing is that I hope we aren't shy in verbally and physically harrassing any green and white specimens who choose to sit in our end at the final. Don't fret, I certainly shan't be making a habit of it. This place almost has less finger-on-the-pulse energy than a Charles Bannerman Courier column.

  17. That would half our crowds!

  18. Well earned? Our internal media did next to nothing in the build up to the game, posted about 12 updates during the game and an amateur hour video of the players on the pitch at the end. The old media team had fans bouncing in the build up, posted plenty of match updates (also more entertaining/interesting ones) and had reports online before we were home in previous seasons. CTO reports are miles better, and I don't miss the club stuff that much, but the idea that they're having a well earned day off is pushing things!

    • Inverness CT 0-2 Kelty Hearts - League 1
FULL TIME 0-2: After last weeks win at Cove, this was a massive disappointment. The only thing in our favour was that Annan lost as well and they remain three points behind us. It's the Caley Thistle Way; one step forward and two steps backward. Another difficult game next week away to Stenhousemuir.

    • Cove Rangers 0-3 Inverness CT - League 1
A Keith Bray hat-trick secured all three points at Cove as the Caley Jags survival bid was revived. Alfie Stewart was instrumental with all three assists and a clean sheet at the back was welcomed with Remi Savage returning in defence...

    • Cove Rangers -V- Inverness CT - League1
Cove Crunch Encounter: We will be without Luis Longstaff, Alfie Bavidge and the rest of our longer term casualties for the run-in. Paul Hartley's Cove will be without the suspended Mitch Megginson. Declan Glass and Arron Darge are facing a fitness battle.

    • Queen of the South 4-1 Inverness CT - League 1
Jack Hannah scored his first goal for Queen of the South after Alfie Stewart had opened the scoring for the visitors. Queens eventually routed the Caley Jags 4-1 with further goals from Jordan Allan and a brace from Admin Books. He really has it in for us and was a pain in the rain.
