  1. Just want to say a massive thanks to L_G who worked in our club shop. She was always great to speak with both in person and over the phone. She always went out of her way to help. I remember one evening she posted tickets for us on her way home from work - above and beyond the call of duty. L_G leaving is a big loss for our club. She was great with visitors, fans and tourists in the shop. To me, she was the main point of contact - the 'face' of our club - as it were. Thank you for all of your help over the years L_G. All the best for now and the future.

I wouldn't ask for Laura as she doesn't work there anymore. Eh? That's not good. Since when?

Best bet is to phone the club and ask to speak to Laura. She's fab and will sort you out with ICTFC items.
  4. I'd be looking to Heimir Guðjónsson - manager of FH in Iceland after Yogi departs.
  5. Does Inverness, Nova Scotia have a football team?

In stark contrast to County's failure to come close to filling the South Stand in their several most recent visits to our place. Can't see them bringing many to the cup mmatch with it being on TV too. Fortress Longman is not a happy hunting ground for the wee team.
  7. Dundee would be commutable for him from home - all the traffic is going in the opposite direction.
  8. Uh oh. Yogi is being linked with other clubs. http://m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/34396366 I genuinely feel sorry for him. After the fabulous success of last season, losing quality players from throughout the side must be tough for him. It has certainly been tough for us fans. Surely we must have got a wee bit of extra money from the cup final win and finishing 3rd? Could more money be made available for him to sign more players? What's happening? More importantly, can we get him signed up on a long term deal? It would give him and our club more stability to build for the future and continue to progress. Stability is key.
  9. Can't argue with Yogi's record with us. 3rd in the league and Scottish Cup champions. I'm eating humble pie.
  10. To be fair to the guy he hasn't signed for Celtic to stay with us any longer than he has to. He'll want to get into the Celtic first team and there's no reason why he can't. I genuinely think he's too good for Celtic. He's 2 passes ahead of everyone. I hope for the sake of the national side we see him join a true Champions League club.
  11. Missed the train north this morning. Listening to it on the radio was painful.
  12. I think there's a six - week cut off for moving matches for TV. I feel your pain though in regard to getting travel sorted. It's a pain.
  13. Get your hotel room in Basel booked. Could take some elderly relations along too. Good luck to eeveryone making the journey.
  14. Get your hotel room in Basel booked.
  15. If the club shop isn't going to be stocking strips, does this mean there are plans to close it?
  16. Some free kick for their opener.
  17. Aberdeen's prices for their home round 1 tie: http://www.afc.co.uk/mobile/news/6364.php St Johnstone's prices for their home leg tie: http://www.perthstjohnstonefc.co.uk/newsitemsdetail.php?param=3650 Aberdeen's pricing structure is far more sensible. Why don't we offer concessions for people in FTE?
  18. I'm going up for the home leg of the tie but can't afford the away leg. Hopefully we'll do well in the home leg so the tie is still winnable for everyone going to the away leg.
  19. considering John Hughes bases his tactical approach on retaining the ball and passing it about, it seems a bit strange we've let the best passer we had on the books go. I hope we'll see Nick back at the club in the future.
  20. Great signing for the Dees. Hartley is making some shrewd signings. I fully expect them to finish in the top six next season.
  21. Unlike the one in Armenia St Johnstone are going to! This stadium reminds me of glascarnoch dam.
  22. And the club will be €5m richer after the final in Basel next year... Maybe we could buy the Shinnie brothers back.
  23. Ross, IMHO, is the best passer of the ball we have. I find it bizarre he hasn't featured more over the past season. If he leaves I'll be very disappointed.
  24. If it was all about the money he would have cashed in on that Polish club that were after him. He's always said he wanted to get into Wales, and he'll be playing alongside a Welsh international in Nyatanga and a club that's pushing for promotion to the Championship. Seems like a shrewd move to me. The SPL is, and for the foreseeable future always will be, a one-horse race. There is no way that Aberdeen will challenge Celtic - they didn't even get a point against them. Spot on. Peter Lawwell knew exactly how much celtic had to spend to win the one horse race. Even with Shinnie and other quality signings next season there's no chance Aberdeen will be able to win the league. Sad to see Marley leave but I'm so glad our side won't have to face him next season.
