Calderwood Sacked
Roy Aitken's name mentioned earier on the Motherwell Celtic text. Hibs have problems beyond Calderwood. Yogi was a good manager.

Transfer Activity
I think Wolves fans used to call Davis - Dale. He was signed from Tividale. Consequently if the two new signings do play in the same game we could have 'Chip' and 'Dale' as our rescue rangers during the injury crisis.

ICT -V- Kilmarnock : Matchday Thread
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/14601610.stm Absolutely inspirational for Graeme at the depth of our spell to pull out the winner. Well done young man - an inspiration in adversity.

Gregory Tade
I presume he is desperate to score his first goal for the club so was too eager. The guy is a worker and is new to the Spl - he needs support like anyone else.

Best Value for Money ?
A cheap day at the seaside with football thrown in. No where else can you look out to sea for dolphins and seals and then head over the road for a pie and pint and crackin game of footie. Where else in Britain can you get to see players of the calibre of Esson, Foran, Doran, Tudur Jones, etc managed by the giant Butcher for such a good deal? Totally agree and hopefully a few more people will now buy season tickets or come along and support the club and city.

He had a fitness test for the Hibs game and appears to be fine http://www.inverness-courier.co.uk/News/Miss-Glasgow-proves-a-hit-with-Inverness-Caley-Thistle-players-27072011.htm

How much is a goodwillie really worth
There are other charges still outstanding for assault. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-tayside-central-13883757 You win some - that's three cases, ?450 of fines from two and one dropped - but some times you lose some. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-tayside-central-13979701

Doran & McKay Signed
Agree that this is a great boost but also that we need to clone Rossco but make number two Rossco a bit faster and a little slimmer. Two more good defenders and we can start with confidence. Leicester City feeder club to ICT has a nice ring about it. Notice though that the four players are 5' 7", 5' 8",5' 9" and 5' 10". If we can get a defender linked to them hopefully they will be 5'11"!

Stuart Duff
http://www.ictfc.co.uk/articles/stuart-duff-inverness-ct_2208837_22200 He is still showing as a player. Last year he was without a club at the beginning of the season and then we signed him from exile. http://www.express.co.uk/posts/view/198196/Duff-returns-for-a-second-stint-at-Caley

Dani Sanchez
Sanchez added variety to our play plus skill. Wellington is a great city so here's to him being a great success. With high winds he will be the guy to keep the ball on the deck. Noticed also that Eric has moved to Turkey. Which reminds me where did our big French defender go?

Two current court cases against him pending - if found guilty of both and sent to Barlinnie it could be worth 10 years.
-
Shewsbury Town sign striker Terry Gornell.
He probably realised he would have been out of his depth in the SPL.
-
Rooney offski - confirmed
We all need to wish Adam the very best of luck. An absolutely decent guy who worked very hard for the club and now has a good reward. An example that others can follow in terms of being a role model.

Whos happy playing the Dons on 24th Dec
They were happy taking our cash when we used their ground for home fixtures and each game was down the goat track. Presumably we would have been happy travelling to Pitodrie had the fixture been reversed. Let's hope Father Christmas cares for those who do not whinge but just get on with things. Mind you, Celtic would finish bottom on that assumption.

SPL Fixtures published Friday 17th June
I had hoped Charlie Bannerman would have pointed that out within the constraints of any embargo! What chance ICT at Dunfermline and Barrowman scoring the winner?

SPL Fixtures published Friday 17th June
http://www.scotprem.com/content/ Assuming Dunfermline host Rangers on the opening day I presume we will end up somewhere like Hearts for our opening fixture.

Lookalikes
Barrowman and the donkey by a mile! It would be fantastic if the Courier could lift that one. Does anyone recall the graffiti on a sign into Aberdeenshire Keep Grampian Beautiful - sell Davie Dodds
