Fans in dangerous situation
I have thought about this and the risks crossing the bridge when it was pointed out to me there is an underpass, so I think we know the council response. The next step would be to close the barrier to stop folks crossing altogether.

Champions League Prediction
Celtic do spend money though on the Lennoxtown facility and youth development, there are a lot of Scottish players who have been through the Celtic youth set up playing at SPFL & higher level, sadly to compete in the CL they need 'instant' quality which means buying foreign talent and with lower resources than those they try to compete against at that level they have to trawl for bargain basement. I'm sure if there were SPFL players deemed to be up to CL level and priced at a realistic level then Celtic would buy them. We cant expect just because they make money in the CL they should donate it all back to develop talent in Scotland for other clubs. Fact is the Scottish national team would probably struggle to get out of most of those CL groups, thats how powerful club football has become over national.

Champions League Prediction
I hope they do well, but the whole CL is a farce - 4th place teams, closed door seeding system, its all about the final 8 being 2 from Spain, 2 from England, 2 from Germany (minimum). Celtic should be happy to be there and getting Eurpoa League from that group would be an achievement. Best thing about the draw is its a chance to show was the Barca results last season a fluke, as they never stop talking about it!!!!

League Cup Third Round Draw
Tbh the way we are playing just now id take anyone as we are more than capable - perfer to avoid celtic at this stage. Revenge over hearts would be good tho.
-
Stranraer ha ha ha
Both hearts and dons had to rely on pens to beat lower league teams. Should and could have been more shock results.

How much is wee Billy worth?
If Rooney goes to Chelsea then we should be offering Billy to fill the void, he would be better off there. Its quite selfish of him as a player to come out on a Sat, score goals and take wages when all the time trying to get us into a league place which will cripple the club if we ever had the misfortune to play in Europe - and dont start me on the cups and the expense he is going to cause us fans by helping win games. If anything he should be first out the door followed by all the rest of these glory seekers at the club, coming here, doing their best and trying to bring success - lets get Tade, Gillet & Barrowman back - players who we could be proud of...............
- Next Month - We could be well ahead

Team for Hearts
Agree with all of the above. Same team, but I would like to see the subs get a bit longer and see what some of the new boys are all about - hopefully we can get a big enough lead that the game is over by around 70mins to let Terry try that.

Celtic -V- Inverness CT
It did seem a pretty clumsy barge, certainly from behind rather than the side, so not an attempt to push Doran off the ball. Should have been a penalty, even if Doran did fall a little too easy, but he was too indecisive as to whether to shoot or pass and the moment was gone. Think if he had let fly on the run rather than pause we may have taken all 3 pts.

How much is wee Billy worth?
Priceless to us on current form, difference in the spfl between top 6 and bottom is goals and we are one of the few teams with a natural finisher. Board need to be looking a £1m plus, he has a contract and by all accounts is happy so we dont have to sell him at all.

Such positivity.........so pleasing
Agree, park location is such a poor excuse its laughable based on the above, there are even convinent buses out for those too lazy to walk. No matter where the stadium is located someone could cite location as they will always have to cross town or even access town from outwith to get to it. Anyone who cant spend 30 mins or less getting to games really isnt interested to start with, its closer the cinema, retail park and as close as many of the supermarkets (Tesco/Asda etc) to the city centre and I bet anyone citing location visits some of these regullarly.

Rob McLean article
He has a very good point regarding Billy, when you see Hooper, Higdon, Russell all move this summer for various fee's Billy scored as many goals as any of them but there have been no links. On one hand I'm delighted thus far we have kept him off the radar and will hopefully hang onto him, on the other slightly disappointed that for all our efforts we don't seem to get much recognition for our players. Lets hope if we do make a final this year then the powers that be look at the opposition & venue - not sure I'd fancy a cup final at Castle Greyskull!!!

John Robertson
Yip, him & Billy Brown are coaching for freeworki, ng with Gary Locke to keep the club going and develop the young players. Got to respect them for that and giving something back to 'their' club, shame that those who didn't care bled it dry for these guys to pick up the pieces.

Such positivity.........so pleasing
Don't be so harsh - everyone knows their season starts 'next wk'.................oh how its been made so easy for us to mock
-
Such positivity.........so pleasing
All the doom & gloom merchants are just hiding, waiting for it to all go wrong for the 'happy clappers' - if after we loose a game this year or get knocked out of a cup, even fail to make Europe 2 years running - its will all be about sack the management lol

Inverness CT -V- Motherwell
Scarlet - not so convinced on PT (yet), they are playing well and have a settled squad, but are doing what all promoted teams do - playing in a way where nobody in the SPL is familiar with them or their style, but they do look to have enough quality to stay up. A point at home against D United - who have been very poor so far, away win to County which given the mauling they took at St J suggests they have real issues, and a point to a very weak Hearts team who have lots of enthusiasm but little experience - they will face tougher tests before a proper judgement. They will be top half of the bottom 6 IMO - we will be top half of the top 6, but its good to see another 'wee' budget team doing well.

Inverness CT -V- Motherwell
The movement first half and dominance of motherwell was excellent to see, we should have put the game to bed by half time. Second half motherwell came into it and made changes to try break our play which worked and we weren't as effective or created as much. celtic will be a much harder test but overall the signs are good. On the day county got routed and their big money foreign legion failed to perform it shows what players with the right attitude can do.

Preview for Motherwell & Report
Yip, same team again - if it aint broke and all that. Is Raven full recovered to play, if not then Devine to start.

England Squad For Scotland game
It's Alan Brazil that annoyed me..................

Celtic - Bring it on
TBH, this is our best chance to beat Celtic, they play the Dons this wknd and I expect a weak Celtic team in light of the CL game next wk, then depending on result the team fielded against us could be even weaker - wouldnt be surprised to see Celtic drop points in 1 or both games. Hopefully teams have learned from last year, that if Celtic make the CL everyone has the opportunity to beat them and should go out to take it.

We're Top of the league (and you're no)
Next 2 games will be a chance to see where we are as a team, Motherwell were our bogey team last year and exected to finish top 3 at least, then away to the champions elect - hopefully we will still be sitting top after that, confidence will be sky high then.
