League Cup Semi Final v. Hearts Build Up

I know it's still about three weeks away but watching the Edinburgh derby last night really got me in the mood for this as Hearts were utter dross. We have a great chance of going through to our first major national cup final and I would say this is our biggest single match since Falkirk at home on the final day in 08/09. () Despite the disgraceful decision to hold the match in Edinburgh I think we are still favourites and if anything that may benefit us as we have a great away record (1 defeat this season).

Hopefully Hearts sell a few of their players over the next couple of weeks and we keep our squad as it is. Anyone know how many tickets we have sold so far?

  • What about the 1800 to 1900 season ticket holders that provide money to the club each year and give money direct to OUR club. Do you not care about them going? ( by the way I go home and away) Why

Anyone on the 7.55 train tomorrow?

No.

Final ticket count anyone? How many have we sold in the upper tier?

We're on our way to Hampden we shall not be moved.

Its no longer on eticketing but this time last night we were 4 bottom rows  short (in the final block)of selling out all of the lower tier

So expect to see at least  500 600 fans more than the County match  and  more are expected to turn up on the day.

Good luck to everyone setting out on their wintery journeys this morning (and to those who might already be en route). If I can make it out of my street I should hopefully be past the worst of it, so I'm just heading out shortly with a shovel.

Spare a thought for Mantis, who was present in the earlier rounds but has had to call off after needing an eye operation this week.

I think he looks something like this at the moment:

He'll hopefully look more like this for the final:
