Thought Bambi had a really good game when he came on. Some lovely crosses and a lung busting run down the wing. Worth a start next week i would say. Welcome back, David.

Played well and depending what was wrong with McGuire we may have no choice in the matter

I bet the players who play against him don't come out of it calling him Bambi. He gets stuck in - and for his size he's amazing in the air. He doesn't look like a centre half, but he certainly played like one today.

Didn't do his future prospects any harm whatsoever during his time on the pitch.  Always thought he was a decent player to have in the squad as he can cover several positions if need be, but he looked strong today and if he keeps it up will be deserving of a start in the not too distant.

Can't disagree, fine performance from the lad, especially a couple of times as last man when we were fully committed up the park.

I always rated Proctor and was delighted to see him return to the club.

He looked very assured today.

Thought he looked pretty sharp today. Well done Proc. Good to have you back.

I always thought Proctor was a good player. Did he not have a sterling run a year or so ago in the left back positon?.

Now he is back good luck to him.

He is slimly built but tall is he not?

Proc looked good when he came on.  Useful squad player and seems to be filling out nicely.  Has a bit of acceleration as well, useful to break up the counter attacks and handy for the occasional sprint up the right wing.

He is right sided Scarlet, used mainly as right wing back.

Agree with all of the above, he looked the part and did his prospects no harm.  He's always done a good job for us when called upon.

None more so than the title crunch game at Clyde when he had to fill in for the suspended Tokely, he played brilliantly that day as Clyde tried to exploit the 'weak' link, but he was up to the task, despite the penalty decision which he could do nothing about.

Happy days ahead for Dave.
