  1. Quite simply put, this is a fans site for ICT fans, created by fans of ICT, run by fans of ICT, PAID for by those fans of ICT running it. All for the loyal fans of both ICT and CTO. As well as anyone else who takes 2 minutes to register like alot of sites. I used to frequent the Clyde forum during our old 1st div days. It too required registration (and thats an official site). It's really up to Scotty and his team of loyal knights to run it in the best way they see fit, because they do it all for us. NEVER forget that. It is not their job to enhance ICTs rep, but they still do it. This site and forums existence does that alone. 8-9 million hits is phenomenal for pretty much any site (outwith your ebays, youtubes, facebooks and amazons) never mind for a site dedicated to a select few (ICT). What they do for us shows them as among the elite of fans. This site unites the cyber fans of ICT and thats all possible because of the mods and founders hard work over the years. Long may their dedication continue.

  3. The Press and Journal are reporting today that the Sanchez injury was worse than ititially feared. Turns out he broke his hand in three places and required surgery on Sunday. Butcher thinks he'll be out for over a month and will miss the cup QF story here This is a real blow not only to Sanchez but to the team. Since he made his goal scoring cameo against Elgin he looked a far hungrier player and he looked a lot better than he has done in the past. He has strengthened up considerably and doesnt back away from tackles nearly as much as he used to. Also with his goals and creativity he brought something different to the team, as the article says he also brought enthusiasm to the dressing room which made him a popular part of the team, he will be missed i wish him a speedy recovery and for him to be back to full fitness soon

  4. Couldn't decide which forum to post this in (ICT, general nonsense, Olde Inverness) so just thought I would bung it in here. I was delighted to read this week that John Beaton was given the Merit Award at the Scottish FA's Grassroots Awards. Having played under John as a youngster for Inverness United and known the efforts and time that he dedicates to football I really feel that this kind of recognition is not only well deserved but potentially overdue. He is certainly one of the good guys around and there can't be many people involved in Inverness football who haven't had some kind of dealings with him. An absolute gentleman and I can't think of anyone who would have a bad word to say. Cheers to John

  5. I think it's a credit to the extent the club has progressed that we supporters no longer feel the need to commmemorate the anniversaries of our so-called giant-killing endeavours by ...er...... starting.. er topics er...

  6. These types of stories will become more common if 3 teams are removed from the SPL, not an assumption, its highly likely. Well, for the ones who want to attempt to get back in again anyway.

  8. Not many players out there would deliberately miss a chance like that to save their club the cost of a goal bonus. The fact that Rooney was willing too shows how dedicated he is to the ICT cause. Well done for taking one for the team I say.

  9. I would ask what Dougal is doing to improve his own rep on here but alas his posts have disappeared.

  10. ???? Who would you propose in the squad? Considering we dont have a huge pool of Scottish players, apart from Esson is there even a contender - cant see Rossco getting a call up? If the FA were picking the team, we wouldnt be seeing younger players like Maguire, Conway, MacArthur getting a shout.

  13. Your words not mine. It's hardly rocket science!!!! I'm not saying thousands would necessary join up to P&B but that site certainly seems more welcoming than CTO P&B and all other SPL clubs forums gives the lurker the option to read on while CTO doesn't unless they register which IMO puts the majority off It certainly doesn't help enticing new fans dougal So now you are not saying thousands, perhaps your hyperbole was lost on me. P&B is more welcoming than CTO? Personally I think if you are going to be getting worked up about ICT websites you are focussing on the wrong one.
