  1. We should not get carried away after tonight's performance I think they have rested their main players for the game on Saturday!

  2. Someone has to bring an inflatable pineapple to the game. Get all the away fans pointing at it and singing 'what the fu***ng hell is that!'

  3. We'll probably face Dundee, with the most appropriate neutral venue being deemed to be Tannadice.

  4. Positivity??. Well at least we won't be relegated this season. Avoiding relegation has to be the first consideration, once that is achieved then move onto the next target, avoid the play off, then aim for a top six place, then top 3 and a Euro spot. I say this because there is very little in quality between all the teams apart from Celtic and form can turn around very quickly. We have started very well, but it is only 3 games and 9 points. With a small squad like we have injuries and suspensions will impact somewhere along the way and the likely possibility of our best players being cherry picked in January if our good form extends that far. I will enjoy it while it lasts.

  5. I wouldn't get too excited as if we are going to be gifted 3 points on Saturday, guarranteed Lennon will have kicked backsides after that performance yesterday so there might be a reaction from them. Its up to our players to stand up to it. Confident but not overconfident.

  6. Agree, park location is such a poor excuse its laughable based on the above, there are even convinent buses out for those too lazy to walk. No matter where the stadium is located someone could cite location as they will always have to cross town or even access town from outwith to get to it. Anyone who cant spend 30 mins or less getting to games really isnt interested to start with, its closer the cinema, retail park and as close as many of the supermarkets (Tesco/Asda etc) to the city centre and I bet anyone citing location visits some of these regullarly.

  8. Oh well, with Celtic you never know if they will play good or bad but after a 2-0 defeat in Kazakhstan (with a long flight home too) I think we might have a better chance of getting something from Celtic Park.

  13. Gutted I'm gonna miss this one. Maybe the I can take the missus down with me and take her out to one of the fine dining establishments in the East End of Glasgow rather than Cafe 1.

  14. Guys, I lived at both ends of Kingsmills as a boy. Something happened nearly 20 years ago, both Caley and Thistle ceased to exist except in our memories. Had the merger not happened then we would not be following the team that is currently top of the Premier League/ship what ever it is this week. Rather I suspect a team in the middle of the leagues due to funding being a fraction of the tight budget that Terry has now. Think the idea about using kit to commemorate the founding of this club from the ashes of the two former clubs is a very good one. I also believe the atmosphere and support will improve as us older folks may way for the new generations who don't care what happened 20 years ago and only want to support their team.
