  1. Celtic 1-0 March in 2003, those were great days to be an Inverness fan and by far the best atmosphere I’ve witnessed at the stadium. I don’t think there was one player in that squad that I didn’t rate.
  2. This moment! end off.
  3. Definitely. The look of sheer surprise and joy on his face!
  4. Terrible when the ICT family lose one of our own, especially so tragically early, Let's applaud until our hands are sore and fill the ground with love and condolences for her family and loved ones. Might not be possible for tomorrow but a bucket collection for a charity of her family's choosing might be another fitting tribute.
  5. No words required!..........
  6. Lots of good memories but I think I'll go for the 1-0 home win against Celtic in 2003 for a number of reasons. For a start, I wasn't able to get to the rearranged game on 2000 due to work commitments so the game itself is not a memory for me. But whilst less of a fairy tale win, the 2003 win was in many ways a far more important and impressive result. Consider the background. Having beaten Celtic in the famous game in 2000, there may not have been an expectation for us to win again, but there was certainly an expectation for us to be competitive. This would have put pressure on the team. Having been seriously embarrassed in 2000, Celtic would have come North determined to put us in our place and would not have been under-estimating us at all. They were also a very much better team in 2003. They only lost 3 league games all season and had the great Henrik Larson in the team. Beating them in those circumstances was just such a superb achievement and demonstrated that we were a team that could genuinely compete at a higher level. That and the atmosphere in the ground made it a truly memorable day. The fact that it was my Birthday also helped! Just as a footnote, our next home hatch in the league was against Queen of the South when we had a crowd of just 1656. That maybe puts our current level of support in perspective and shows that whilst we would love more folk to come to games, it is maybe not really that bad.
  7. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/av/scotland/20569486 "Richard Brittain has just put Ross County into the 5th round!" *30 seconds later*
  8. Seeing as this seems to be the pre match thread for the game it's worth posting this so fans who attend are aware. Hopefully as many supporters as possible join in with the applause as it would mean a lot to Dawn's family
  9. Kilby are on a 10 match winning run in which they've scored 28 and conceded only 2. They may only be Lowland League but their confidence must be sky high and we should heed Red Card's warning and treat them with respect and caution - they will be well up for this and see as vulnerable.
  10. The 3-2 victory in the Scottish semi final is unsurpassed. That game had it all.
  11. The very fisrt Scottish Cup tie ever to be settled by a penalty shoot out.
  12. David Ravens goal in the second half of extra time in the semi final. That was a superb goal and after going bonkers celebrating I think I counted down every last second until final whistle.
  13. Barry Wilson's 76 yard screamer at Motherwell going over Gordon Marshall into the roof of the net.
  14. Beating Hertz at Tynie in 2002. Nah, Dave the Rave's winner really.
  15. Nothing like a good dose of nostalgia to cheer us up! I think I would also go with David Raven's winner in the semi in 2015, probably as it is the most recent. If we were to extend OP's question to include League Cup, then Nick Ross's last gasp equaliser versus Hearts when we were down to 9 men, before going on to win on penalties, is right up there for me.
  16. The whole semi final, but best moments were Tansey stepping up to bury that penalty like a boss 'Hand of Meekings' just for the complete meltdown of all Celtic fans. Glorious.
  17. This was my best memory aswell. Can't beat a good fight back.
  18. For me it has to be the moment David Raven scored the screamer against Celtic in the semi final, pure joy
