Absolute turgid garbage. Pass marks for Vincent and Ridgers, other players looked like they didn't want to be there. WTF has happened to us since the start of the season?

Promised us a performance we certainly got one ,the problem being it was utter, utter ***** no wonder Robertson decided to stay in bed. Ridgers kept us in it, embarrassing we couldn't create a decent goalscoring opportunity in 90 minutes. That is one miserable place to watch football at the moment.

Some of the best penalties I've ever seen us score.

Quite simply we have got to get our act together

That must be the worst Caley performance I have ever seen, the Clyde keeper did not have a meaningful save to make! Great save by Ridgers in the 2nd half to earn us a draw, had we gone 1-0 down I could not see us scoring.
  6. It sounds as though some of the management team have been really very poorly indeed, Scott and Robbo in particular. The sickness bug has affected several of the players, so lets hope nobody else catches it now and wish everyone a speedy recovery. Credit to the club for not blaming the illness for a poor performance last week, but in reality it must have been a significant factor. It takes a good few days to get back to your full physical fitness and stamina after these things. In the circumstances I think any sort of a win against Clyde will be a good result. No doubt there will be some changes to the side both related to illness and, probably more significantly, due to the policy of giving fringe players a starting opportunity in this competition. Hopefully today will see a return to better health and better form. Good luck, lads.

Clyde seemed to have little interest in trying to win that game despite the fact we looked pretty ropy at the back any time they did attack. Appreciate they had a less than full strength team out today but if they had actually made a go of it and avoided the Hamilton - esque shithousery they could be heading into the next round and not us. Save for a 10 or 15 minute period in the first half our attacking play was quite poor. Mostly long balls up to White or asking Storey to try and get a cross in from the wing again and again with little success. Some good saves from Ridgers who was probably worked harder than the Clyde keeper in the second half when we didn't really create many clear cut chances to speak of. Good penalties from us in the shoot out and to strong saves by Ridgers won it for us. Slightly better than Arbroath but we still need a big improvement for the Dundee fixture next weekend.

Wonder if we could offload some of our "stars" in the January sales buy White get Trafford and Carson for free! Maybe santas needing 3 reindeers for the sleigh waiting a while for White 2 aim your present down the chimney right enough!

I think whoever posts on twitter was at a different game. Unless crossing the half way line counts as a 'chance' ?
  10. Would likely cost less than the current setup. The Board of Directors aren't paid and the Management Board is made up of existing staff. The Executive Director role is part-time (at most) and a General Manager costs a lot less than a CEO.

It looked as though they were the only thing they were fit enough to practice last week. I enjoyed my Caramel Wafer at the start and the penalties at the end. Don't think I'll comment on the bit in between.

We canny beat Clyde in 90 minutes and scrape by on penalties.......illness or not, hardly a convincing performance!!!!

It has been a game of two halves
  23. Agreed. We are not short of talented individuals with a bit of money who have an interest in the club. If only they could put aside their personal differences and individual egos we could potentially be in a very good place indeed.

You don't rate Robbo's signings but then say that we've got the best squad outside of Dundee United!?
  25. On Saturday McKay was up against a bin man and was, wait for it........rubbish!
  26. Just 11 players who look fit enough , have a game plan and can be arsed would be a start.
