  3. The squads now looking like it might provide a bit more flexibility and dynamism if new players live up to reputations. My only concern is the number of changes as we can't afford any further slump due to taking time to bed in.

  4. I asked previously for a midfielder who can break through the lines, pacy, strong etc. At 6 ft tall as well he will do for me. From everton He's strong, quick and very brave and does a lot of work off the ball. He doesn't give defenders time on the ball. He's very versatile, has plenty of pace and was always a great listener who took things on board very well,"

  5. One bonus from today is that it looks increasingly likely that Cameron Harper will remain at the club until at least the summer. As has been mentioned above, going by the number of loans we have at the moment it looks like a massive, massive rebuild in the summer which isn't good imho but I suppose we need to see how the rest of the season goes because if we manage to stay up then a rebuild may actually be a good thing, it's clear that the players we have and had were not good enough to get promoted so Duncan's job is to create a team that IS capable of getting us back to the premiership or at least challenging to get back there!

  6. Before the transfer window we were in desperate need of a decent striker and an attacking/creative midfielder. Thankfully we seem to have ticked those boxes and brought in some other new faces who will hopefully strengthen other areas and provide more options. I'm positive about our prospects in the second half of the season and I still think we have a sneaky wee chance of coming 4th and making the playoffs..... Time will tell.

  7. I do not begrudge David Carson moving to Livingston. He gave everything he could for the club. He is all action and might well create the spark to get Livy moving and help them get closer to Ross County.

  8. Everton aren't doing contract renewals at the moment which is good news for us - but I suspect he will use the stage to move on. Let's just enjoy while we can

  13. My money is on Sean McAllister Everton's Northern Irish U21/U23 attacking midfielder joining us today. Fairly prolific goal scorer for the toffees in EPL2 and Premier League International Cup.

  15. Cammy is out of contract in the Summer and if we want to maximise any development fee then we need to offer him a new contract. Hopefully the guy who forgot to order the seats for the new main stand at Tynecastle doesn't overlook this point.
